Rhodes Climate Controlled Storage, offers self storage units that are heated and cooled making them ideal for the protection of electronics, antiques, medical or legal records, pictures, books and any other goods that might be harmed by extreme heat, cold or humidity. Our locations page will break down which location has which size unit and their availability. Make a list of what you are storing. This will enable you to organize enough packaging supplies, and remind you of what you have in storage.
Office (2000 sf.) consists of 1 presidential office, 3 private offices, break room, conference room, reception area and 2 bathrooms. Warehouse space (1000 sf.) consists of two 12' x 14' roll up doors, 3 phase power, staircase with an extra 2000 sf of storage space above office area. I had units in Charleston across from Walker Valley HS. The units and location were very clean. It is climate controlled indoor storage. They have a cart availavailable for use which is helpful. The facility is secure. Badge door locks, cameras and you lock on the unit. When you call, they answer promptly and courteously. Payments are online. Only draw back is you have to pay each month. I would rather pay several months at a time. Prices are comparable but I felt safe having my unit here clean and dry.

First of all, Samantha is very friendly and helpful! Second, the whole facility is kept exceptionally clean. Third, I liked the convenience of, and had no problems, establishing automatic payments from my bank account each month. Fourth, there is ample room for trucks with easy access to load/unload items. Last but not least, security was important to us when we were actively seeking climate-controlled storage and Rhodes Storage met our high expectations. Overall, I highly recommend Rhodes Storage and want to thank them for our positive experience.

Love the storage unit. The lady Samantha who was on duty was rude to one of the men we hired to help unload our truck. One of our men needed to use the bathroom and was told No. He was sent to the gasoline station. She had told us we could and did. We believe it was because he was BLACK. This man was polite, and professional. I had NEVER seen that before in All of my 67 years. Shame on her.! When I hire someone they are to be treated Just like Me. Shame on them.

This place is what we wanted. We checked out 6 other climate controlled storage before deciding on this one. I really like the temperature and the security of the place. Some places we looked at didn't have anything secure at the top. Rhodes got bars at the top. Very clean and professional. We didn't look at anymore storage places after this. Another important thing that definitely made our decision even better was the very nice lady in the office. She treated us like she already known us. We feel welcomed.

When they put the greenway through Tinsley Park, I thought my business was sunk. Until I found this love oasis in a desert of industry. I just had to add a rug, a lawn chair, and a little imagination. I have done a lot of business here in the past few months, but it has become too popular, and the owners are a bit nosy for my customers to feel secure.
It looks like I will be finding a new venue. I may have to make my rounds at the Applegate Inn for a while until I find that perfect place. As for Rhodes Storage facility, it's useless unless you want to store your stuff.
