Truly a positive experience. From my first conversation with Kieran to Michael's crew showing up on time to pack up and then beating me to my new place to unload. Also, not one thing damaged along the way. I was very happy with Kieran, Michael and team. I highly recommend them.

They were very responsive and unlike other companies, really understood the job and the dynamics of the streets were we moving to and from. Very communicative and gave me an honest quote. even I got a higher quote than some other companies, I knew it was worth the money because of how much they shared specifically with HOW the move would be handled.

Moving can be a stressful experience but Red Line made it so easy and stress free. They were fast, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is moving!

Look no further than Redline if you want professional, efficient, reliable and great people to work with. I've used them 3 times and never had one problem. Called Kieren on the Thursday before Thanksgiving for last minute move and as always he came through and did the move the day before Thanksgiving! Took care of everything - packing, disposing of refuse etc. They not only work for you but with you as well. Would give 6 stars if available!

Moving is an inherently stressful experience, so hire these guys if you want one less thing to worry about. Kieran and I spoke several times leading up to our move and he was always gracious, helpful, and funny. Mike and his crew showed up the day of our move on time, in good spirits, and got our belongings from point A to point B carefully, skillfully, and seamlessly. Above and beyond! My friend referred Redline, with glowing reviews and they exceeded all of my expectations! Kieran was so quick to respond and answer any question that I had. The movers were right on time, super friendly and SUPER FAST. Out of the UES (4th floor walkup, poor guys) and moved into Brooklyn in THREE hours. All of my breakables were in tact. They were an absolute pleasure and I couldn't rave about them enough!

I just used Redline moving yesterday to move from the East Village to Hudson Heights and I could not be happier. From how easy the booking was with Kieran, including the Binit crates (definitely recommend moving with these, made packing so much easier and faster, plus good for the environment!) Kieran was quick to respond to all my questions, was very communicative and everything was super straight forward and easy.

On moving day the movers arrived early, were extremely nice and went above and beyond to get all my stuff ready to go and safely into the truck. Allen and Mike were just the best and did a great job with the pieces of furniture we needed to be disassembled and reassembled in our new apartment. Overall, an incredible experience and excellent people - I hope we won't be moving again any time soon but whenever we do we will definitely be calling Redline Movers first thing!

My husband Geoff and I used Redline to move from Manhattan to Hoboken this month. (We used them about four years ago to move within Manhattan.) This time we our move was more complicated, and more stressful for us (for a bunch of reasons, the pandemic just one of them), but Kieran and his team kept the mood bright and upbeat. They were friendly, did everything to minimize our stress, and were generally just such lovely people.

They were well prepared and reminded us exactly why we decided to go with them for the second time. They are 100 percent about the customer and super-fast, too. Love them and would definitely use them again.

They were in constant communication with me on all of the moving part of the move and provided an online portal to view my quote an make payments easily. First words I can think of are: WOW! I am so thankful to have found Redline Moving, specifically Mike's Crew. They are so professional, kind, and fast. I had an out of state move, where we had to pick up items from a storage locker then after bins and boxes from a home, and it all went seamlessly. We used Redline off of a recommendation. If you're stressed out about moving, they make everything easy and smooth. They show up on time and work fast. They even stopped and helped me repack something that they noticed I had packed in a dumb way. They packed my stuff in a storage unit in a way that allowed for easy access to my belongings. Redline movers are excellent. Kieran in the office is a pleasure and is very responsive. His team (we were moved by Louis, Francis, Gary and Santiago) were incredibly helpful and up beat. They were on time, courteous and efficient - made the move a breeze. Also highly recommend using the bins they offer (from Bin It) - we didn't have to assemble/break down ONE cardboard box for the whole move and it's better for the environment! My experience with this company was horrible. The guys arrived and packed our stuff up quickly, and put it in the van. I went to see how it was looking in the van and they had my stacked stuff in a precarious way. I figured they knew what they were doing so I did not worry about it, although I told them to move my bike from atop a pile of boxes where it definitely would have fallen.

We met them at our new place and bought them all pizza. They started unloading the stuff and I waited upstairs to arrange stuff as they brought it up. They took forever to bring the stuff up so I went down and checked. There were empty boxes in our garbage area that were ours and they were acting weird. I didn't know what happened and was so distracted with things that I didn't correctly question what had happened and didn't worry about it too much. (my stupidity) why there were empty boxes in the garbage area of ours.

The main guy was intimidating and acted like a gangster. He came up and I tipped him extremely well. Later as we were unpacking I realized that they had spilled bleach all over the boxes. Tons of our clothes were ruined. Also, later I realized that these guys stole my box of valuable rare 45's. It took me a long long time to realize that they did this because we kept our things in boxes during our renovation but I guarantee that is exactly what happened.

I remember packing those records. I was so pissed off when I realized all of this and that I tipped these jerks so well. I called to tell them what happened buy my phone died in the middle of the call and I was so mad that I didn't call them back, it was too stressful. I just let it go. And the move was not cheap! The absolutely worst moving experience I've ever had, avoid this place!

So, everyone hates moving, but if you want to make the experience less painful, hire these guys. Super nice, prompt, and efficient. At the end it was less than the quoted price, which was a pleasant surprise.

Kieran and his crew were absolutely amazing. They were efficient, punctual, professional, and friendly. They took exceptional care with every piece of furniture and every box. They managed to move a large mostly glass shelf with no issues. Redline Moving Co. has my highest recommendation!

These guys are the best! Seriously anything you need they are so accommodating and very kind. They supply bins they pick up after you've unpacked, and even have short and long term storage solutions for furniture or items you need a temporary spot for, they truly take the stress out of moving.

This will sound ridiculous, but moving with these guys was fun. The context was stressful. I had 7 days notice to pack up my 3BR house and move. And I couldn't take any time off work. The best decision I made in the process was re-connecting with the folks at Redline, who had moved me years before. Professional, fast, reliable, expert. Great communication, and honest. When the day came, the team they brought was careful and friendly. I couldn't have had a better experience, and can't recommend them enough.

I had an amazing experience. Shane was able to fit me in the moving schedule even though I phone him only a day before I had to move. Charlie text me when he was on his way, when he arrived and was on time and very polite. Most importantly, he was fast and efficient. I'll definitely use Redline again.

I initially engaged BinIt to help me with my move from Inwood in Manhattan to Kew Gardens in Queens - I wanted to be more environmentally friendly by using bins instead of cardboard boxes. Redline Moving is the parent company for BinIt, hence my interaction with them. Kieran came by in early January, looked about the room where I lived, and gave me a quote, which included 30 bins, packing materials, and the actual move three weeks later.

On Moving Day, Redline Moving was at my apartment on time, and ready to go. Kieran and Alan moved my stuff out of the apartment, and Thomas piled it all in the truck that was waiting outside. Just to be clear, this was a bona fide moving truck, not a rented U-Haul, or someone's minivan. They cleared all my stuff (and I have a LOTTA stuff), and were ready to head over to Queens in just under three hours, bantering with each other all the while. Moving, as everyone knows, can be pretty intense.

The attitudes of these guys made a stressful day far more bearable. By the time I got to Queens 90 minutes later, they were just about finished - way ahead of the 5:00PM deadline of my new building. There were a few small mishaps - but the Redline team responded promptly and made any necessary corrections right away. And they cared about my stuff.

I have to tell you, after three weeks of non-stop packing, I didn't care about my stuff anymore, but they did. I only wish I hired them to put everything away after the move. *sigh*

This was my first time using a moving service and man was it a home run! It was the easiest move I could have imagined. Granted, I didn't take much furniture but still, I had a lot of stuff and it was a 4th floor walkup. They were three of the nicest guys, prompt in arriving and very well prepared. I can't say enough good things about this company. After having another company cancel on me last minute, I looked around on Yelp for a replacement and found Redline Moving to move me from Jersey to Brooklyn. From the very first communication, Shane was responsive and professional. I was moving post breakup and was so stressed out about the process. Shane put my mind at ease, explained the costs in detail and set up the appointment.

A few days later I received a reminder email which was really reassuring. Cut to the day of the move.my moving crew lead by Reggie called me upon their arrival (within the set arrival window) and negotiated with the concierge regarding the loading dock. Reggie came upstairs to assess all the items set to move. He was really nice and professional. The rest of his crew was wonderful as well.

They made quick work of removing all of the items from the apartment and picking up items at my storage unit. Unfortunately my new apartment is a 4 floor walk up so the guys had their work cut out for them. They were amazing at getting all of my stuff upstairs and they had the best attitudes the entire time. This is my very first time hiring movers. I'm happy that this was the company that I had the experience with. I'd definitely hire them again.

Kieran brought four experienced, polite and careful workers, and got the job done. I had two oversized pieces which they handled with aplomb. No one likes moving furniture in Manhattan, but Red Line made it smooth and painless.
