R & S Waste Disposal is a locally owned and operated waste collection provider. We service residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We take great pride in servicing our local community and being a leader of the city that gave us our roots. We have an amazing team from our drivers to customer service that is committed to providing you with quality, professional service. We are dedicated to keeping a clean, safe environment because after all your community is our community.
We know how important running a successful business is and we are committed to serving your business to the best of our availability. We offer a wide variety of services for our commercial customers. Collection Frequency: We can collect the dumpsters once a month, twice a month, or every week (depending on the area). Please make sure the dumpster is NOT blocked so we are able to dump it on your pickup day.
Please note: Availability may be limited. Please call ahead to confirm availability for your dates and location. Pack at your own pace and only do it once. No more need to rent a truck or make multiple car trips to a storage unit. Just tell us when to bring the Ready Storage container to your location and then you take over from there.

Has r&s for 3 years and we moved they missed us 1 week so we made sure they were going to pick up the following week which they said they were going to but when they didn't pick up I called and they said they would be there my new nieghbors had asked if I needed c& h hauling # and I told them no cuz they are going to pick up didn't show and called and they said I have to wait til next time and they didn't care at all I have people walking by gawking at our trash and 1 made a comment they must not of paid there bill which in fact is paid up and no balance R&S made us look bad with the new nieghbors and all

Ok ordered dumpster 2 weeks ago. They dropped it off at wrong location at my neighbors. Still getting run around when they will have it moved over as my trash piles up and everyday is just another poor excuse. Robin their so called customer service just continues to give sob story excuses instead of getting the customer taken care of. Absolutely a poor excuse for a company.

I've used R&S since 2005. I have had only good experiences, from regular trash pick-up to using their roll off container for a big job. The driver is reliable, never leaves a mess, and never misses a pick-up. Once I forgot it was pick-up day and left a vehicle blocking my dumpster. I wasn't home to move it so he drove back by later in the day and rang my bell again. This was service above and beyond. I highly recommend R&S.

R & S bought out a local trash company. They were supposed to continue all services that the previous company had but drove past my house without picking up my trash. Proceed to bill us for these services that were not received. We have called and asked why we would pay if they were not picking up our trash and we have another trash company. We thought our matter was resolved until a collection company started calling. Edit: I called R&S to resolve this issue. The guy that answered said he would talk to the manager and would call back so we could resolve this issue. I have yet to hear back from anyone.
