Power Ranch RV Boat And Mini Storage

If you are bringing in a tractor trailer semi. My truck is 78ft long with a 53' trailer. There plenty of room for any large truck or moving truck and trailer to maneuver around in this facility.

I have rented a storage unit from these guys for two years now. They are the best. I have also rented uhaul moving trucks. The guys that work there are so very friendly and have taken great care of me. Recommend them over anyone else

Bought a storage unit off of storage treasures, and had 72 hours to clean it out, in order to do that I had to pay a $100 deposit-understandable. The manager, Tyler, was beyond accommodating to my needs, very friendly, and even made certain adjustments specifically to my situation, it was my first time and was very smooth, and now I know the dos and donts of the auction game. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to clear out the storage entirely, but even then, he went above and beyond to help where he could, and I would recommend them just in the fact of supreme customer service.

Kevin and Tyler treat us like family - would absolutely drive out of the way to use their business over others!

Staff is very helpful, we use their covered spaces to store our motorhome. Spaces are wide and deep enough for us. Location in covenient to Queen Creek and South East Mesa. Very clean and secure facility. Would highly recommend.

I rent a uhaul from this place this week to move to Florida. The rep here gave me an old 26 foot moving truck to go 2000 miles with because "I had the good "Air conditioner" yeah good ac but leaking trans cooler out the door. The POS broke down on me in Mississippi. Luckily Uhaul is good and made right. But if you rent from this place be forewarned you will regret it.

Pick any other place over this one. Also I called this location twice and never got a call back which further supports my belief that I was used to make that truck someone else's headache while endangering the well being of my wife and toddler that were traveling with me.

We rented a U Haul truck here and had asked for somewhere that would be open, but it was closed. The system for getting the vehicle wasn't very good and took us quite a while to get through. Getting the key out was difficult as well.

This is a well run facility. Lighting and security is great, dump station makes it really convenient and management is always very helpful.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional person at the front desk. Feet kicked up on the desk and won't even let you finish a sentence. You'd do well to just take your business somewhere else.

We were looking in the neighborhood for a small storage unit to rent. This is the most convenient location. We arrived at noon and walked up to the business office only to find the door was locked. The sign on the door indicated they should be open. No bell, no sign saying out to lunch. I called the number and I could hear it ringing. Left a message, I still have never received a return call.

They lost a paying customer. I should have taken heed of the other yelp reviews and ratings. We got in the car and drove to Dominion storage. What a pleasant place. So glad I found out early about bad customer service before I signed a contract with Power Ranch.

We have been keeping our RV at Power Ranch for 2 years. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Security cameras with locked gate, with over head cover and trickle charge for Rv etc. RV wash area and dump station. Can't say enough great things about this storage area and staff. There is also storage units and they rent U haul trucks and trailers.

This place has the best customer service! They were very helpful with moving accessories. We would definitely recommend them!

I rented a U-Haul here absolutely awesome service. Staff very friendly, very knowledgeable and took care of me.

Very nice facility 12 ' wide slips and very high covered roof. 14'8 to the lowest point under cover. Remote access from you cell phone is an awesome benefit and all spaces are at approximately 30°angle for easier parking. The staff were very helpful and energetic about there business. Though a little out of my way to get there but will worth it. It is a bit pricey but excellent facilities do come at a price.

I refuse to have further dealings with Power Ranch RV Boat & Storage. I was charged 3 days when I only rented the Uhaul truck for 2 days, from 6/29 - 7/1. It's not my fault they were closed before the 2pm return time on 7/1. In all the times I've used Uhaul over the years, I've never had this issue. Nor have I been threatened in such a way. I will admit that I failed to notify the facility in a timely fashion that I needed the truck an extra day due to unforeseen circumstances.

But that's no reason to overcharge for a nonexistent 3rd day or act in a threatening manner. This was the worst move of my life and will stick for many many years to come. All I can say is if they act like this with truck rental customers, can't imagine how they treat storage customers. My suggestion, go elsewhere and find a more reputable facility.

I've been storing my RV with Power Ranch for several years and highly recommend them. A beautiful facility, which is well maintained.

If you need to rent a Uhaul this is the greatest place to rent from! They will do everything in their power to help you out. Tyler is a rockstar! Best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere! Thank you Tyler and Power Ranch!
