In my over 18 years of moving across the country and overseas, I have dealt with many moving companies and packers. Not all have been great, but this company and its crews rank at the bottom. The pack days were only supposed to be two days when they arrived at my home; they immediately requested an additional day to pack because they only had two packers for a 2800 sq ft house, which on the 1st day of packing only 1 stayed to pack and the other who was suppose to be the crew leader left.

They arrived at 8:30 and left for another job at 2:00 pm a total of 5 hrs spent at my home on the first day. Over the next two days of packing, items weren't adequately inventoried; boxes were not correctly labeled or protected and they didn't have enough supplies. They left trash all over my home from lunches, ate items from my kitchen without asking, and took extensively long lunch breaks.

In summary, I usually never have the time ever to write a review, but this particular case warrants it. When the job goes to the cheapest bidder, you get the service that's paid for, so unfortunate! But I digress. On the move day

First of all, I have come to ultimated frustrating to write this review. I've seen mixed reviews about their company, mostly just clone account trying to make their reviews sections looks good. They were hired to pack all my stuff for my PCS, they were schedule for 2 days, 1 to pack, 2 ND day to load. First day they came and didn't pack evything, mind you these movers were so freaking lazy that they did not open evything and packed everything I told them to, they open a cabinet, and then just leave it like that when they see liquids, inside the cabinet there's tons of other stuff are not liquid, but they are too damn lazy to open everything and check and pack.

I never seen an incompetent company that could not load and pack on the same day, all my PCS moved in the past always been on the same day because it's not a lots of stuff. Come 2nd day, they have back up, they were so rush caused apperently they have another move to get too and they were not very carefully with the washers and dryer, they disassemble my baby crib and forget to take the hardware for jt, they damage the wall and the door sill, and their manager, Michael is no where to be found, no call, text, email or anything that they will address the issues of damaging my property, they leave trash and debris behind, I have to constantly remind them to pick it up, but they ended up not picking up the whole thing.

They have floor runner but they were useless, spilling water all over the carpet and the floor. This company is nothing but nightmare. Espicially the QC guy, Michael, saying they will.help clean up the water mess but ended up doing nothing and the movers didn't even have enough materials or boxes to covered everything. The truck don't have enough space for all the HHGs stuff. The only hard working guy was the guy who smells like cigarettes and the guy with dreads lock. Other employee sit in the restroom and play with his phone meanwhile packing.

Bobby and his crew packed and moved my family for a PCS and they were absolutely amazing. I was in a two bedroom apartment (but I have entirely too much stuff and more than should be in a two bedroom) and they had everything packed and loaded on the truck in 6 hours. They were very careful in making sure everything was packed well and would be well protected (especially since when PCSing multiple companies handle different parts of the shipment).

I am extremely happy with how efficient and professional they were, and how well they worked with me to make sure everything was packed that I needed and making sure they didn't pack stuff I might have wanted to take myself. They didn't just throw everything in boxes and actually double checked to make sure I wanted it packed if they weren't sure.

Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone as I have heard so many horror stories surrounding PCSing and movers that don't care for your things properly. They asked me to walk through at the end to make sure they got everything I wanted them to and they made sure to clean up everything when they left as well. Very happy with this team!

I didn't personally work with this company but they moved my military neighbors. They were loud, like I could hear them yelling to each other all day. They were using profanity, especially the "N" word. I have an 8 year old daughter I had to walk to and from school using the street because they took up the entire sidewalk all day. Not sure they could avoid that but was still annoying.

They were also using that language as we walked by. They had our driveway blocked either partially or completely all day long. They had absolutely no respect for anyone else around them. I know what company I will never consider using in the future!

Josh and Juan are great guys! Came early in the morning and was done by 3:30 that same day! Very quick! Very professional! Highly recommend!

Taylor and Kelly were awesome. Very professional and quick never seen a female team before and they did everything with such ease. Taylor kept me updated on the time and her location. They were honestly the best. 10/10

Our HHG shipment was set to be packed on 11/10, but I got a call very last minute that it was delayed a day which was fine. The packers showed up after 1030 and didn't get done packing all our stuff in boxes on that day due to not having the right tools to disassemble some equipment. On 11/12, I was set to final out of my home at 1500. I received a call at 0900 that the movers were on the way to pack all our HHG into the truck which would have been an ample amount of time considering we don't have a lot of stuff.

The movers weren't able to get to our house until after 1230. They worked as fast as they could, but they weren't done until after 1500 which caused me to have to pay an additional two days of Rent since the next final out time would have been on Monday. The packers and movers themselves were quick & kind (5/5), but their timeliness caused us such an inconvenience.

So I'm in the Air Force and my family and I are PCSing for the first time. This is the company that was hired to do my household goods. On the first day though the guys were friendly they didn't finishing packing my entire house, which made the guys that came the next day to be really upset. The guy in charge was upset all day and was being rough with my family's belongings.

They rested my tvs on the screens with the TV mounts still attached. They were rushing half of our packing, and my wife and I had to call twice to let them know what their employees were doing. Though the packing was finished, my wife informed me that they didn't even take everything they were supposed to. Leaving my daughters toys and other things my wife told them multiple times to make sure they took on the truck.

The lady on the phone was extremely nice and helped me as much as she could, but the guys that came to my house were far from what's to be desired. My wife didn't even feel comfortable in her own home due to the attitude of the man in charge on the second day. I'm sure this does not happen all the time and I very much appreciate the help we received over the phone but the fact of the matter is the movers than came to my house on both days did not do their job correctly even after having to talk to their boss, and ask why this is happening.

Kelly and Cory were really nice and worked fast. They were punctual and communicated with us on any issues or concerns they had. They were very mindful of our pets and children as well. I'd highly recommend them and would ask for them again in a heartbeat if we need to move again!

I had Lily, Josh and Eric come to pack up my entire apartment in one day. I live (lived) on the third floor of an apartment building with no elevator! They were very friendly and professional. They never once showed a sign of tiring out! It took a bit longer than the original plan, but considering all the stairs they dealt with I'd say they were pretty fast! If I were a business manager, I'd hire any one of these three hard workers!

Josh, Andrew, and Lilly were a wonderful team and we're extremely professional and efficient during the entire moving process. They were even informative about what to expect before they started and were a joy to be around and work with. Our timid dog even enjoyed their company! 7 out of 5 stars

Josh and his co-worker, don't remember his name, were extremely hard working and professional. Without a doubt, the company needs employees like these two. They explained the process and easy to work with. I would recommend these two to anyone looking to quality workers.

Thank you to Sean Donovan and Anthony Dotson! This company is part of Wheaton Moving company. They helped me with my full service move to Colorado 5 years ago and now I'm moving again. This company assists with everything. They are polite and work fast and clean. They give you all the information needed and are very courteous! Get a quote online and hopefully you will get Tim. RUN. Overseas PCS: not only poorly packed which damaged a bunch of stuff, but they piled someone else's stuff into 2 crates and sent them to my house. That poor person's stuff was lost for 3 months while it went to Belgium.rather than Virginia. And now they don't want to pay to bring it back to them. They're currently (Aug 2019) suspended already by JPPSO, but it'll only last 60 days. Then they'll get a bunch of contracts, and then screw up all over again. Run as far as you can.

This company brought our stuff that was shipped from North Carolina. The movers were good and very helpful. They told us someone would come take our boxes the next day which was a Thursday. Fast forward to Tuesday, we have non stop called the company and left messages for someone to pick up the boxes that are taken over our garage. With the hail storms in Colorado having a garage was a must so our cars wouldn't get damage.

I didn't expect to have it filled with boxes that we can't even put our cars in there. Every attempt to call all we get is someone will call us back. It's been almost a week and nothing yet. Very upset over that. If we had known it was going to be such an issue we would of used another company. Their communication skills are horrible and will never used this company again. Hope other people have better luck but as for us they have made our move horrible.

Was a simple PCS, they lost our entire household goods shipment at their storage facility. They finally found our stuff, delivered it, however just about anything that could be damaged or broken was and they lost parts for literally every item in our house. There was a leg missing from a bench seat, water stains on our living furniture (not sure how you pull that off).

They even brought in other peoples furniture, boxes and items and my wife had to tell them to turn it around and take back to their truck. I am assuming that multiple people have had a similar experience and the complaints die on the vine, they never make it to someone who will do something. This company should be black listed from DoD contracts, no right minded person would pay for such poor service.

Michael, Ray, Clint, and Bailey were the movers for our family a couple weeks ago. They were professional, courteous, and quite personable. This was especially appreciated because of our having relocated from FL having experienced Hurricane Michael first-hand. Leaving was a harrowing situation due to the region's damage. We lived in a hotel for 6 months while toiling over the property's damage, as well as our personal items damage mitigation.

This was a reintroduction to what we could salvage. These 4 guys each shared some personal history, and reflection; greatly appreciated. They were very very efficient, and were able to identify some mistakes in the paperwork. Color me thankful.

Copied from my review on their other page! We used this company to receive our goods from an overseas PCS and I am thrilled with the service we received. They were quick and helpful and polite and friendly! They delivered and unpacked all of my things (except for small boxes ) and even helped me set up a tricky piece of furniture without me asking.

They were professional but willing to answer my questions and were very patient with me - it was my first international move. On the team I had it was Mike, Carlos and David and they were a great team. Awesome experience, would use again.

I extensively researched local companies prior to deployment for moving/storage. This company had positive reviews and BBB A+ rating. The moving day was pretty typical as I've made multiple military moves. This was my first time I chose to pay to put my things in local moving company-owned storage during a deployment. Unfortunately I was thoroughly robbed of valuable items (jewelry given to me by my grandmother, other family heirlooms, art, furniture, etc) and all of my belongings were sealed in wooden storage crates, likely on the day my things were taken to the storage facility.

When I came home and found a place to live I had my belongings delivered. It took a a day to start unpacking and I found my safe had been broken into as well as furniture stolen. I contacted Pikes Peak Moving and Storage, filed a police report, and contacted my insurance company. Pikes Peak personnel denied all responsibility and directed me to their insurance company.

They also provided me the name of the 2 men working at my house that day and told me that one was no longer working for the company for undisclosed reasons. I was able to provide those names to CSPD as a handgun was stolen but no resolution yet. It took 3 months for Pike Peaks insurance company to deny all responsibility for the robbery, even though I was asked to provide photographs of the damaged safe to the insurance company and no adjuster ever came to my residence. I cannot emphasize how poorly this company treated me nor how unethically they behaved after the fact. Overall a very shady company and experience.

Nonresponsive, lazy crew, damaged property. for the unpack the literally dumped my boxes onto the floor.
