The guys showed up on time and took care of all our stuff. Loaded the truck in unbelievable quick amount of time and when we arrived at our new place they took the time to make sure things got to the right room. I highly recommend the company.

I called to get information to partner my services and the woman was extremely rude and arrogant when I called. Terrible customer service from the beginning.

Gave me a 'great deal' on price, shattered the screen on my best TV and blamed it on non existing things like my remodel people who didn't even start until 2 months later.

My move went better than expected! The guys did an excellent job and I was thrilled with their service. From the coffee and treat in the morning, to the thoughtful cheeseburger for lunch, onto the professionalism of the staff. Well done!

Critical: Responsiveness My large TV was obviously dropped in transit, first time I turned it on the LCD was damaged, screen looks cracked, total loss. Sent 2 messages and no response.

Pampered Movers moved a grand piano for me, and the experience exceeded my expectations. They were on time, (actually a little early) totally professional, friendly, and they treated the piano as though it were their own. I also couldn't believe how fast they worked. And, they stayed in touch with me from beginning to end. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend this company. They are also a family run business, which is important to me. Absolutely 5 star service.

This moving company were the Best, moved my Moms stuff very quickly and efficiently. The gentleman over charged me a half hour which I didn't notice but he did and drove right back to my house and told me and had me issue him another check. I was impressed with his honesty. Would definitely use Pampered Movers again!

Have used multiple movers and Pampered Movers are the best. Their customer service is exceptional and they treat your move as if they are moving their own home. Arrive on time and go above and beyond from estimate to the end of the move. They moved us and also my parents. Wouldn't even consider using anyone else.
