Great people and the storage units are inexpensive I recommend this place to store your belongings and know it will be safe

I came back to change my rating from 5 star to 2. I've been a customer with this company for almost 5 years now. I have had a good experience up until the last two years. Every time at the end of the year something happens with my account/auto draft where they skip a month (not on my part for insufficient funds) and then double charge me the following month to make up for it.

That is close to $500 being taken out of my account when I am not prepared for it during Christmas. This has happened again. I have emailed and gone in in person and not received a response. It's been two days and nobody has reached out to me. I will update with how this gets resolved. This is incredibly frustrating and wasn't my fault. I have paid for 5 years using auto draft with no problems.

Hey my name is Victor and I recently rented a storage room in January. This place is incredible it had all the space I need and extra room! The staff is friendly and the whole process usually takes about 10 minutes until you can access your storage. You can come in basically anytime you want which is the best part for me since I work long hours. They also offer great insurance coverage. I 100% recommend!

The lady at the front desk was really nice and was super patient while I tried to figure out what I needed. She made a very stressful situation a lot less stressful. I also managed to get a unit twice the size of the original one I was looking at for about the same price. EDITED TO ADD: The $10 they say they will give you for a 5 star review--they don't. I have emailed them repeatedly and they say they will mail it. I've never received it. Sadly, I have had to change my review.

Just joined the RV parking family in Smyrna and from the moment I dropped in, all the staff have been amazing! What a great location and great help from everyone. Security is good and I feel that my RV is in good hands when we aren't on the road. Looking forward to a great tenure here. Thanks all!

SMYRNA LOCATION - Faron and the owner were both EXCEPTIONAL. I had lots of questions and had to call back a few times. The service on the phone by Faron was great. When I decided to sign up for the unit, the owner agreed to stay late for me. Very patient. Let me see all the units. Answered my many, many questions. Patiently allowed me time to review the paperwork.

I could not have asked for better service. The unit itself and the grounds overall were very clean and well kept. I highly recommend the Smyrna location, which is very conveniently located just a block off of Sam Ridley Parkway.

5 Stars. Outstanding storage at a great price. I've stored boat for several years and very friendly staff, great discount for military, best prices in town. will continue to use for years to come.

I have used Pack Rat storage several times between moves. The staff have always been helpful and polite. Location is convenient. The property is well kept. Units are clean. Pack Rat is safe and secure. The cost is comparable with other storage facilities but Pack Rat is superior and highly I recommend them for all your storage needs.

This is the second time I have used Pack Rat. The price is excellent! Their storage facility is secure, and clean. Their staff is friendly and most helpful when needed. I would highly recommend using this facility.

Great friendly service. Cleanest storage units I have ever used or seen. Would highly recommend using them for any storage needs. They have climate controlled units, non-climate controlled, boat and RV storage space. Pretty much everything one would need.
