My law firm has been a tenant for over 20 years. Their pricing is very fair and doesn't increase every year like a lot of these storage units. They are also very adamant about letting people in who are not specifically authorized which makes me feel they are actually monitoring the place. In general, I wish people would stop reviewing businesses they have never been clients of.
I see negative reviews by people who didn't like the person answering the phone. A couple of minutes call on the phone does not compare to years of service, quality of the physical location, and staff working with tenants. My experiences with this entity are far more substantial than not liking somebody who answered the phone.

I called to book a unit that was listed on their website. The person answering the call told me that size wasn't available. I asked if something similar was: nope, no units available at all. The following conversation happened: Me: "you should update you site to reflect that" Them: "well if you look we say call to verify availability" Me: "yeah, I see that but if EVERY unit is booked its really misleading and unfair." Them: "well we can't just say don't look at our site" ::palmface:: Good luck with your business guys. I won't work with a company that is so poorly managed.
