Needed a 15 foot shed due to zoning, had to be customed made due to irregular size, actually cheaper that other shed dealer's because others charge you for a 16 foot, Outhouse based on square feet as it should be. Had issue with door latch which was no fault of Outhouse or the manufacturer, just screws were over tighened and broke. Bill was out the next morning first thing and fixed it. Quality shed, outstanding customer service/warranty, shed will probably outlive me. Wouldn't go anywhere else, Suggest you don't either. 5 STAR PLUS!

Cabin was well constructed and is of exceptional quality. However there was a MAJOR error which resulted in a design which we did not order and did not accommodate our needs. The salesperson admitted it was his error, but the company would not work with us to satisfy the situation, instead requiring that we fund the majority of the substantial costs associated to rectify their error. Am disappointed at their lack of availability when customer service was needed, and their failure to adequately address the problem they created or offer even the slightest cost adjustment. I am a big proponent of supporting local business but cannot recommend this one.
