Just relocated to Bend- downsizing but our goods from storage were delivered and it was an " oh @&$#" moment as those goods once filled a substantially larger home. Needed a storage unit ASAP! We were referred to NW Storage and contacted them. They had a unit open up- I show up and the manager there ( Dale) welcomed us back. He showed me the unit ( it was very clean) and it was perfect.
He offered to help me unload if I needed it! He was completely focused on our needs and making our loading/unloading easier. That's client service! He is Veteran-friendly and a good guy- on top of that he has very secure and very well kept storage units. Choice is simple in my opinion. Only drawback is the units aren't climate controlled by anything other than Bends great weather!
