They decided after a few months of my move-in to have a rate increase. Instead of grandfathering everyone on this increase.they just rose their rates. ALSO, as I was moving out the General Manager (I think Santiago?) decided to drive over on his golf cart to ask me if I was going to pay. How rude. I started to say no I don't plan to pay but I truly don't operate that way. Mr. General Manager, you can't harass people about a payment.some will take offense to that. I would NEVER recommend this spot again for the reasons I listed here.

I have dealt with some shady companies but this one takes the cake. I moved in last year and a few months later I was told there was a rate increase. I wasn't hapoy but I've been paying the rent. I got notice that it went up again from just a few months ago. The only difference now is I've been furloughed due to covid and they are taking advantage of people at the worst time in the worst way ever! Go somewhere else.anywhere else but this company unless you have money to throw away.

This is by far the best storage facility in the area. It is clean, quiet, well maintained, and affordable. Kevin is the gentleman that has taken care of me each time and he is the nicest guy. He is knowledgeable and super friendly. I recommend this facility to anyone who cares about their things and wants them securely stored.
