Bad company. Very uncooperative in there customer service. Poor management and responses to my questions. I had recently been informed the pick up truck was suppose to be arriving between 3pm and 5pm. Via email as well as through a representative. After calling to ask about the arrival of the truck driver we were given the "we can't get in touch with the driver" This is unreasonably unprofessional.
We called again and waited until 6pm for a call that was suppose to be a call prior upon arrival. The representative then told us the driver would call us back in 10-20 mins but never did so. The lady who was on the phone was very rude and was not helpful in addressing our issues and questions. We paid for everything in advance and was treated unfairly.

I had to pack up my things and move from Brooklyn with my wife. I've seen online videos where movers absolutely destroyed priceless furniture by dropping it down a flight of steps.
