Move It Now

They arrived with contract and said to initial the "damages will be paid at 60 cents per pound, if not initialed they would not be moving us". Neighbor came down to tell me about long smoke breaks they took while I was gone for about an hour. Broke the bottom off of bench in kids room, found the bottom part hid in the closet, when asked, didn't know anything about it.

Our new cherry headboard has a big chunk of wood missing from leg, slats we're broken off of our bed and not connected anymore. New living room coffee table now has a foot print size break in the bottom. My sewing machine now has a crack and mark from it being dropped. Said they could put boxes in the garage, when I arrived they had all been blasted in the garage, left a total mess for us to try and figure out where everything was.

At the end of the day he asked me to go to the basement and showed me a pile of items that he would not move, not packed items, said he would carry them to the garage for me to get. Asked him at the end of the day if they were carried up and he said no after he had told me he would. We had to rent a uhaul because they did not get everything from the house. The items were not moved up to the garage as requested when he said he would do that for me.

They did everything that they promised to do. Joe and his team worked extremely hard, were very pleasant and accommodating, and all-around excellent! We highly recommend this company!

One of the movers was freaked out by cat hair, (of all things) and they refused to do anything further. They claimed the boxes were covered with cat urine and feces.they were not. It was only hair. They still charged over $900, which was only slightly less than they estimated, and didn't even move pieces of furniture that weren't even affected by said hair/urine/feces. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this outfit.

Our family had an amazing experience with the Canton office. The guys were on time, knowledgeable and professional. We needed a baby grand piano and harpsichord moved to a storage facility and the 3 guys they sent knew exactly how to wrap and handle the instruments. Great job!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS - they moved a book collection for me yesterday and brought a truck that had a history of a leaking roof. The drivers knew it, the company new it, they also knew exactly what they were moving and said nothing. The damage was over $75,000. The owner Gary doesn't call you back when his drivers tell you he will. He doesn't respond to emails. Just ignores you when you have an issue. Painful lesson learned.

This was a very unfortunate decision to hire Move It Now. Our movers were scheduled to show up at 11:00 am and didn't arrive until 1:30 pm and took an extra 1.5 hours to reach our new destination. Boxes were not handled carefully during loading and unloading resulting in many flipped and caved in boxes. Our leather couch and chairs received multiple scratches en route.

Our bookshelf was damaged beyond repair. Gary, the manager, did agree to have the bookshelf replaced - but he and the other movers accused us of lying about damage incurred to our other belongings saying that it was not their fault. The movers became very argumentative, including the manager, resulting in an extremely unprofessional experience. They also refused to compensate us for the extreme delays in arrival to both our old home and the arrival to our new home.

Upon requesting that they try to fairly compensate us, Gary simply badmouthed us as lying customers. We hope this saves just one other person from choosing this company. Please instead, choose a professional organization that has professional employees.

They are great, they're moved me for 3 years now, they have always been prompt, affordable and friendly!

Stolen family heirloom! Do not use this company. Contacted move it now office, no resolution. Filed police report. One or both movers entered a bathroom without permission or needing to move items into the room and stole a family heirloom.

My appointment for a moving estimate was a no show. No excuses given. I've seen others post about them not showing up. Unreliable company that I wouldn't trust with moving your belongings.

If you're looking for a moving company that's hassle free and doesn't add to the stress of moving then this is the company for you! The people in the office were friendly as well as the movers that came to my house they were on time also they did their job within the quoted time very professional

All-in-all we had a fantastic move! The men arrived early (with a phone call for approval) the day of packing. They worked hard and were careful with our belongings. The company was nice enough to keep our furniture over night until our move the following day. Again, they worked hard and did a fantastic job. Our estimate was very close to our actual cost as well (within $50). I would recommend them! Our men were Alberto, Lex, Khaman, Travy, and Ryan.

Everything went great! I arranged this on short notice and the guys arrived EXACTLY on time.my clock was chiming! They did a great job moving a VERY heavy piece of furniture and the price was very reasonable. They were personable and professional. I'd highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience with this company. The morning I moved, there was a huge snow storm. The two men showed up on time and were extremely fast and polite.

Alex and Alex handled a move for my son from Newport to Pgh, PA at the end of July. They did a one day move (load, drive, unload). All went very smoothly, despite some rain and traffic conditions in Pgh. They worked efficiently and handled all items with care. No problems occurred with condition of articles. I would recommend company and this team. Estimate was handled professionally as well. Thank you.
