They keep locks on their units when they rent them and we asked them three times to have them remove the lock so we could access the storage unit we paid a deposit plus a full month's rent for. All three times we were assured the lock would be removed and it never was. We hauled our things down three times to try to use the storage unit we paid for and had to unload and reload the same items repeatedly because it was never removed.

Then after cancelling the unit and being out the money for a full month's rent that we never even received, they will not respond to a request to have the rental deposit fee returned. Now I'm being forced to dispute the charge with my bank. These were two simple requests: unlock our unit so we can actually use it and return the deposit we paid. It shouldn't be this difficult and customers shouldn't have to ask repeatedly for something they've paid for.

Poor communications, don't send Emails about rate increases, do NOT value customers

I Love working at North Idaho Storage. I get to meet a lot of great people, and I'm able to help them with their storage solutions.

They have been sold to some one in calf and the unit a larger one but they.raised the cost per mo. To 150.00 the smallest unit they have is 66.00 so I got all of my friends things out of there and condensed into their garage. I mean that's a crazy amount to pay.for a unit. That is nothing more then a storage garage.

Just got a storage unit and the staff was great verry fair upfront prices no first last deposit all that jazz, just a pro rated 1st month and done. office was clean and professional good people.

Best storage place ever. The customer service is above and beyond! The location is convenient. It a safe and well lit. It is always clean and well kept. Thank you!

We've had several units here for a few years and found the units to be satisfactory. My biggest worry was not being able to get in to a unit in the winter because of terrain or snow but they keep the pavement maintained and the snow cleared.

We stored our motorhome here for a couple months and it was very secure and unbothered. We were over there almost every day working on it but no one gave us any trouble. My only complaint is really more about the gymnastics studio in front of it than the business itself. There were a couple times we tried to go in and someone was parked right in front of the gate. as far as the gate, it would be nice to have a pin pad you could drive up to in the winter time but that's just a minor inconvenience.
