The staff at McBride's RV Storage are always friendly and extremely helpful. They even gave us new T-shirts welcoming us to the McBride family! The storage lot is spacious and well kept. In addition, the restroom is always clean. They even provide free ice! We have our 40 foot motorhome parked under a cover. The only thing missing here is indoor parking. Otherwise, I highly recommend McBride's for all your storage needs. This is a place you may proudly call home.

I rented a covered spot for my boat for a short term rental in mid June 2020. I paid extra for a month to month space rental. I went in on July 13 to cancel the space. I was informed there was a 45 day cancellation policy. So I said thanks for charging me over $800 for nothing, dropped the card on the desk and walked out. I logged into my banking app about 30 minutes later and noticed they ran my card for the August payment already too.
So basically paid for a month and a half that I didn't and can't use. This place is way over priced, and they rip you off. A month to month contract should be month to month. I paid over $1100 for a spot to park my boat for 3 weeks what a joke.

This is truly A amazing storage facility I have been a customer For almost 3 years Jeanette & Jackie Are truly amazing as well Great customer service Always there to help! Charlie McBride (TheOwner) Can come off really rude if you don't know him but that's just his personality he truly means no harm Hes also a great guy That opened one of the best storage facilities I know!
But unfortunately the reason why I leave a one star review on this storage facility Is because of one employee named Vanessa The attitude she will give you she demands payment on the day do like the mafia She will lock you out of the facility before the computer automatically locks you out She will charge you late fees on top a late fees Purposely She's like the grinch She smiles to make people's day Horrible She truly gets a kick out of it If this storage facility keep her as an employee I do not recommend coming to the storage She also says racist comments To the customers which is horrible!
Unfortunately I hate delete this message but I have to see the truth to any future customers, Contact them in a Vanessa still working there do not do business with them She's too horrible of a person,

Love this company! I feel completely safe keeping my travel trailer here! I've met most of the staff and owner. They're all extremely nice and they love meeting your dog co-pilots! They are pretty flexible about check in and check out dates, make sure to talk to Amber. They offer RV wash station and dumper station included in your price; although make sure to bring your own car soap because the station usually doesn't have any, but no big deal.
I travel a lot with my travel trailer so I don't rent every month from them but rather every couple of months. So once you pay the admin fee once you aren't charged it again which is nice! Having an access card makes it super convenient too!
