DO NOT use these guys, let me tell you the story of how they took advantage of my retired mom that is on a fixed income. She was trying to get a house setup for her daughter to live in near her. First of all these guys claim to be foundation experts. In Arkansas what is the minimum depth of a foundation? Where I live the frost line is 18 inches. These guys poured a 6 to 8 inch deep foundation which will undoubtedly freeze this winter and cause our house to move and crack the Sheetrock and make our doors not close.
Next they proceed to move our house down the road, and tear the roof off of it with limbs that we could have easily trimmed for them to prevent it.(The owner said that was just part of moving a house to destroy the metal roof) Next when they sit the house on the foundation that is on the side of a hill, they use no mortar to put the concrete blocks down, therefore the blocks are sitting on a 45 degree angle with no mortar to hold them in place.
So they wedge scrap wood privacy fence under the blocks to hold them up. The blocks are not even straight or level at all. My mom addresses the issues with them. There responses are by the time that wood rots you won't be around to see it, and you will be the only person to see the metal roof that we tore up, and you are going to cover the blocks up anyway.
Finally when we walk up to get into the house and step on the stairs, we literally push the blocks out from under the house because they are not even connected anything. The house isn't even putting enough weight on the blocks to hold them in place. We will wait and see how long it will take for the house to fall off the blocks and go down the hill.
I wouldn't let these guys move a dog house for me. I will tell every person I can to try and protect them from predators like these guys taking advantage of Innocent people. It's like if you asked a child to move a house this is the results you would expect.

I called to get a price on moving a house in Louisiana, I was told that I would have to pay $200 to come out to look at it. He came looked at the house paid him $200 and he still haven't called back to give me a quote. It's been over a month and I have called several times left messages and no one have even bother to call me back. I hope the $200 was worth your integrity. I will not recommend anyone that's not a man of his word.
