A woman use to manage this storage facility and I never had the first problem; then her husband took over. I don't visit the unit often; I'm mostly there in Nov storing Christmas presents. At the beginning of 11/15, I made my first run to drop off presents and was accosted by the manager for speeding and nearly hitting other customers. He accused me of doing this every time.
I informed him that had never happened, and in fact no one was there. He then started to scream and yell at me. Swore I was there all the time. I am a petite woman and this was very unsettling. I no longer go to the unit without having someone with me because I do not feel safe around this volatile man. Furthermore, the facility is suppose to be nonsmoking and I have found him smoking in my building. I am a nonsmoker and do not want the things I store to smell like cigerattes.
