Our billing begins when we get to your site and ends when our trucks are empty. We are members of or affiliated with the following groups and organizations. All of our memberships are in Good Standing and we invite your inquiry.
Services
Billing time starts upon arrival at your origination point and ends when the truck is empty, and the job is complete at your destination. Unlike most moving companies, we do not charge for travel time or fuel. While your goods are in our custody and control, they are covered with the protection amounts required by the state of Ohio, Ohio Association of Movers, and the Ohio Public Utilities Commission. Additional Valuation Protection is offered at a small additional charge. Payment is due upon completion of the move.
Remember, your moving cost is based on time. If you desire to make your move more economical, we recommend that you do your own packing and consider the following suggestions. Place all hardware from dismantled items in a plastic bag and place it inside the piece of furniture or tape it directly to the furniture piece.

My mother in law called roughly four times to confirm that we were set to move between 9-9:30 on May 21st. She even spoke with the owner (manager?) the night before and she confirmed we were on the schedule. Waited an hour after they were supposed to be at our condo and called. They told my mother in law we weren't on the schedule. Gave us no reasoning behind how that could be, and have not responded to rectify the situation. Thankfully, we found another company who took pity on us and will move us tomorrow.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My father called and scheduled this company to move him. He told the dispatcher about a safe that was to be part of the move. He even gave them the weight and dimensions and they told him it would not be a problem. THE DAY BEFORE THE MOVE Lupica called him and said they were unable to move the safe. It was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of them to do this.
My father was put in a really bad spot by this company and had to rush to find movers last minute. Thankfully PARMA MOVERS was willing to come out and move him last minute and eliminated the stress caused by Lupica. Shame on you Lupica, I hope many eyes see this review.

My girlfriend and I want to say thank you to Brad and Shawn! Our move was not an easy one. I loaded a large U-Haul and drove it here from another state. They had to move her, and then unload my 28' truck. Their work ethic was awesome, and their calm under pressure kept us relaxed. We also appreciated their sense of humor! Moving is not easy, and the anxiety of getting everything to fit in each room can quickly raise the tension.
Both Brad and Shawn stayed level, and help solve logistical issues of furniture placement. This was, by far, our best moving experience!
