Leaders Moving has proudly been serving customers since 1994. Then, just a small moving company based out of Columbus Ohio, a tiny apartment doubled as our headquarters and living space. Today, Leaders has completed over 175,000 moves. We've grown from one truck and a great reputation to one of the largest movers in the Midwest, with locations in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis.
Leaders was formed in Columbus, Ohio in 1994 by two friends, a pickup truck and a handshake. Back then, the operations center was a tiny apartment that doubled as our living space. The back of the truck doubled as a makeshift dressing room to prepare for meetings between moves. The days were long, but nothing beat the satisfaction of completing those first 500 moves ourselves.

Our Experience with Leaders was Fantastic! Steph'en (1220), Kai (1872), and Shawn (1999) were very professional, careful, and thorough throughout the whole process! We moved on a horrible day with the weather and these guys put down mats in the houses, shoveled, and left no mess. It was truly a great experience!

The moving team was very polite and worked hard and as a result, our move was seamless. As much as I want to give a 5 star review, I was very disappointed that the crew not only showed up mask-less during a global pandemic, but refused my request to mask up. My wife is a stroke survivor and therefore, at high risk for a severe case of Covid 19. I should have asked before scheduling the move, as I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Since day one of making moving reservations to the last piece of furniture taken into the apartment for my dad everyone was professional and caring. They made the move easy and stress free. I have never used movers before as I always used U-haul the 2 times I have moved, I didn't t know what to expect. Leaders explained everything. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them in the future

Our move was excellent. The team showed up on time. They were very policy and took great care of our belongings. They also completed the move in 1/2 the time it took our previous moving company for approximately the same price. I don't know if you can request a crew by name, but our crew was Tyler W (1401), Steph T (1220), and Jakai (1872). We would definitely use Leaders again and recommend them to friends and family.

Leader Moving & Storage Co. did a fabulous job with my move! After calling several moving companies they offered the most competitive quote. They even made suggestions on how I could lower the quote. On move day Stephen (#1220) and Ivan (#1884) showed up exactly at the beginning of my window of time. They handled everything with care and ease! They were super friendly, and I was impressed with how quickly everything went!

The moving services provided by Leaders was top notch. The entire process, from bidding to completion was a breeze. Matt Penhorwood in the office was very responsive and knowledgeable. The price beat out all of the competition in the area. Our moving teams, which had representatives from both Columbus and Cleveland, were awesome to work with. All of them had great attitudes, were hard working, and were very caring of our possessions.
In particular, Patrick, Tony Y., Boyd Moore, and Dione Austin of the Columbus team. The Cleveland team, which came to help with our move-in in Northwest Ohio, were equally hardworking and enthusiastic. I highly recommend choosing Leaders Moving & Storage for your next move!

Leaders Moving & Storage Co did a great job with moving my things. I would like to recognize my movers, the three employees with ID numbers 1200, 1884, and 1993. Dre, Dion, DJ, and crew did a great job moving us. First day was moving from rental to new home, and second was moving storage items to new home. Team showed up early and got right to work both days. While taking care to well wrap and handle furnishings, they kept moving at a good pace. Truck loads were well packed and secured. Unloads were organized and efficient. Very helpful in placing - and occasionally relocating - furniture in the home. These guys are professionals with skill, knowledge, and pride.

I've been looking forward to writing this review! Kareem and Teyonde helped us with our move last week. As a real estate agent who helps people move for a living, I simply cannot recommend your company highly enough! After several close friends used your service, I've added you to my list of preferred vendors for over 5 years. Always great feedback.
Now I can finally speak personally about your services. You do an exceptional job from scheduling, to Mathew Gore's estimating process, to Jason McCollums prompt responses to our questions, and of course the highest of compliments to Kareem and Teyonde about how careful, diligent, pleasant and polite they both were. I cannot believe that a 2 man crew moved our entire home in a single day.
It was a very long day, but they worked extremely hard and had a positive attitude the entire time. Kareem takes his role seriously, had impeccable communication, he is a puzzle wizard, and organized every single item with care and precision. Kareem showed real leadership, with a humble approach.
