Our movers were amazing. They showed up on time, worked quickly, showed care when moving our belongings and communicated well about what we wanted and where we wanted everything at the new house. We couldn't have asked for better movers. The price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. I Highly recommended Jordan River Moving.

Moving is always a pain, but Jordan River Moving crew made it easy on us. Showed up on time, very courteous and professional. We knew that we would potentially need a second load and we did. The boys never took a break, and worked at warped speed all day. They kept an awesome attitude even when we asked to move some furniture from one room to an other after we change our minds. The team at Jordan River was great for my move from Seattle to Chicago! Especially Tom, who took time to answer questions throughout the entire moving process. The movers were professional and helpful on both sides. I've used other movers in the past who tried to double the price of the shipment once delivered. Not Jordan River, they were accurate in their cross country price quote and everything arrived on time and in great condition. I would use Jordan River again in a heartbeat!

Had Jordan River move my furniture and garage full of stuff from one house to another local house. Four man crew and one truck showed up on time. The lead, Alberto, took the whole crew for a walk around of the house with me so everyone understood what was going. They went right to work and were so careful with wrapping and handling our stuff. Packed the truck very efficiently. Got over to the new house and the unpacked equally fast. Were great about positioning the furniture just how we wanted. Zero damage and an hour less than the estimate.

They moved us from Seattle to Redmond in three hours, amazing! Hiring movers saved us hours of work, and they were very professional. The team of three wrapped everything up and helped us reconfigure our new living room when we changed our minds. Definitely worth the (very reasonable) price. I would use them again and definitely recommend to others!

The young fellas showed up RIGHT ON TIME! They had great attitudes, worked very hard, and were very respectful of us and our property. This was the first move we have hired help for and Jordan River was worth every cent. It should also be known that the fellow in charge actually had a wonderful eye how things fit in a room. He actually placed items that we hadn't considered how they would sit, they are in the same place he left them. Thanks so much for taking care of us Jordan River.

We used this service in 2022 after getting married. We had to move two households. I contracted with Jordan to move my home, but decided as they were loading my belongings, that we wanted them to also load and move my new wife's stuff as well. No problem. They were fast, considerate and careful. English may not have been their first language, but we were able to communicate just fine. The move was efficient and worth the money. I highly recommend this company.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I had an Amazing experience with Jordan River from start to finish! Mary is a ROCKSTAR! She setup my piano to be moved from Kent to Mill Creek with just 2 days notice. Not only that but they made time to do it on a Saturday for me! The 3 moving professionals that brought the piano to my home had wrapped my piano AND the bench in blankets and tape!

They were very careful to bring my piano inside and unwrap it. The piano was in beautiful condition, same as the day before! They also gave me the best price out of four other moving companies! I AM IMPRESSED! Thank you Jordan River for your wonderful customer service and care for my move! Will definitely use Jordan River Moving and Storage again!

I was very pleased with the whole experience of using Jordan River for a cross country move. Everything went exactly as Jordan River had said it would. There were no unexpected surprises. The movers were both efficient and careful. Items were wrapped/unwrapped with care while maintaining a proficient pace of work and a friendly attitude. Me and my fiance were very impressed with Miguel and his team with Jordan River. I've use Jorden River for my last two moves. Miguel and his team were very fast and efficient. I was also impressed with the speed in which they were able to load and unload the truck. We were happy that Miguel and his team wrapped all our precious furniture with blankets and made sure to line the carpets to protect our carpets during the move. Very professional and proficient! Miguel Sanchez's crew is unstoppable! They were still sprinting up and down three flights of stairs after spending 6 hrs moving all our stuff in and ensuring everything was in the right place. If I found anything in a different room they quickly grabbed it and moved to the correct location. They're careful, detailed, fast & flexible and a joy to work with.

We will never take our business anywhere else they're the best! Sheena was a joy to work with as well, made estimating easy and even was able to pivot at the last minute and get our stuff moved to us 2 days earlier than planned! Several of my family members have also used and recommend Jordan River Moving and this is our third time. They get better and better!

I had the best move crew! Santiago and his team were outstanding! I have very large furniture that is very heavy and they moved those pieces with ease even when I couldn't watch. They were professional, focused and extremely careful, asking questions along the way and making sure they were placing items in the correct place. Best decision I had was contracting with Jordan River and Santiago & team were the best!

Great experience again. We used them in early December and now again in March. These guys are fast, helpful, polite, clean cut, and didn't bump the walls or needlessly damage our stuff. We really appreciated them.

My experience with Jordon River Moving could not have been better. They moved me from Seattle to Arizona. They were able to give me a quote immediately after I described the amount of furniture that I needed moved. On the day of the move the crew arrived on time and were very efficient in wrapping all my furniture pieces. (I had packed all my own items other than the TV and large furniture.) The rate quote turned out to be very close to the actual weight. In Arizona again the process was on time, fast and efficient and friendly. They are a legitimate firm which I had researched before contacting them. Moved date 3/5/2021

Jordan River Moving was an excellent choice for my out-of-state move. They were professional, on time, and cleaned up after they were done. My move consisted of a few pieces of large wood furniture with glass doors, piano, motorcycle, beds and couches, wood tables and chairs, glass tables, and many boxes of fragile items. They wrapped all of the furniture with moving blankets and secured everything with a lot of tape so that there were no scratches or dings on anything, All of the fragile items were wrapped in paper or bubble wrap by me, but they still easily could have been broken if the boxes weren't handled correctly.

Everything was in great shape after receiving delivery in my new home. About the move: They moved me out of an apartment tower, and everything had to go down an elevator. Two people moved me out. Four people unloaded the truck on the other side and put everything exactly where I wanted it. They arrived at the time and date they were scheduled to. I had good working relations with the office staff to set up the move and confirm delivery.

I thought the price was fair. I read a lot of reviews about moving companies and it was other positive reviews that helped me pick Jordan River. They were also the first to call when I reached out to Home Advisor for a moving company. I recommend this company for your move. They are good value, especially if you like your stuff.

Wouldn't hire this company again. They charged me practically 900 dollars for a one bedroom apartment. They were supposed to come at ten showed up at 8:25 didn't work until 9 am but charged me at 8:15. Furthermore they didn't grab things that were boxes and I'm so livid because I am now packing. There is so way my move should have taken 6.5 hours.

I had movers move me in two last time I was here. Plus I live less than two minutes away. I had to cancel my trip out of the country due to their lack of effort. Completely disappointed and I hired movers to make my life easier not spend another day grabbing all of my things. Don't hire them unless you want half your stuff still left.

I had to move my mom back to Vegas. I love the Carolinas, but my mom needed me after a recent health event so I moved her to me. My time constraints were difficult but Danielle made sure my mom and my mind were at ease. I love her she was so understanding and the movers were so fast! I'll be using them when we make the move next year to cali too.

I have never dealt with such amazing people as I found with Jordan River Moving. Danielle was an EXCELLENT person from the beginning and explained things very clearly. I had no doubt that my belongings, even though I was out of state, would be handled with great care. When it came to moving day, again, I'm out of state from my belongings, Paul and the crew in SC stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure it was as smooth as could be.

The day of delivery, Cooper and May were a joy to have as my delivery crew, and we had a great time. Cooper knows how to pack a unit; I would be HONORED to use this company again, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They were reasonably priced, and you're going to be hard pressed to get the customer service that they have to offer. Worth EVERY penny and more. Thank you so much to this crew!
