Jones Piano House

Stephan came to our house to service and tune our piano. He was very courteous, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and quite reasonable. Excellent experience!

About 2 years ago we bought an upright piano from the early 1900's. It wasn't working so we called Jones Piano House. He came to our home within the week and was very upfront about the condition of the piano and that it might not ever be fully functional. He removed the soundboard and took it to his workshop to give it a go. In a couple of weeks he brought it back and guess what worked 100%?!?!

That's right our beautiful piece of history! Not only is he a craftsman at piano he was also very friendly and took the time to educate us and spoke with my husband for almost a full hour. Just a really great guy and I hope he never retires!

I also setup a tuning session with them for another day. Able to give a quote on site with scheduling and cost. Very Very good pricing, and they take credit cards for moving and tuning. Best place in town, Moved my piano from Shawnee to Lenexa! I could not be happier!
