Iron Gate Storage

Cool, convient spot to store stuff. Very pricey compared to other storages, has rats that like to chew you're things up and make nests in the ceilings, the bigger desk lady likes to assume and harass you if you spend "too long" re-arranging / cleaning you're unit ( bout an hour and a half-2 hrs) Mind I have ALOT of car parts, bolts, fluids, special tools, camping stuff, sets of tires, wheels, my welding supplies, all my construction tools, engine stands, shelves, interiors parts etc.

It takes awhile to arrange things. No restrooms, can't even have food on the property I guess, You cannot use their garbage, you have to pack it out (they have brooms to sweep ) and if you wash you're car right before make sure to not let her see it or she will make a big deal about water getting on the ground. She will also stand there and stare at you out the window until you leave. MOVING ASAP.

Reasonable pricing. I would have gave them 5 stars but it was a challenge trying to get a mailbox. The guy that works at the airport location is difficult to deal with. Everyone else is friendly and nice.

I know that most people have a hard time when there faced with having to put there belonging else-where other than a home. If you want a great storage experience, come to this location. Good pricing excellent customer service and great security. Beth is and amazing staff member, let her help your transition go smoothly.

This place was amazing the girl in the office was so helpful. Moving and having to find a place to store your stuff is so stressful. I believe her name was Beth the lady in the office that is. She completely made this a smooth transition and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you sooooo much for everything

Beth is the best! Her customer service skills are surperb! If you got questions about this company; she gots the answers. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and quick it was to acquire information. Prices are adequate.

Great staff from start to finish, I found just what I was looking for. Tried out three different units before I found the right one. Thankful it was not too busy when I visited. Veterans are welcomed here for sure.

I needed a storage unit immediately, and Beth was absolutely amazing. She got me the perfect unit with consideration for what I was moving in. Absolutely recommend coming here. Very warm atmosphere and welcoming. 5 stars, Beth!

We kept our Airstream travel trailer here and had a great experience. Folks in the office were always nice and super helpful. Area is clean and had plenty of room to move the trailer in and out with ease! We vacated the spot because we sold our Airstream. If we ever get another trailer, this will be the first place we go to!

Since the day IRON GATE took over KEY STORAGE, there's been many changes in the facility. I'm a very proud customer over 2 years. Both managements were excellent in their services. I never had any problems with space nor any other customers. very private and quite. I recommend them if you need any stuff stored, plus they have new storage pods also. Beth is so efficient, and willing to help in every way. She was courteous, answered all my questions and took the time to show me all the possible entry and exits. So nice to work with people like her!
