Interstate Storage

So far so good. The facility is very clean and directions provided were great. And thankfully a map was provided as, with every storage place I have been in, the numbering is nonsensical! To get to my unit I go down a row of 400 numbers, turn the corner to get to the 700s! I did my entire reservation and contract online. My only complaint - I did it on a Sunday.and was charged for that day, but I could not actually get the lock to the unit until Monday as the office is not open on Sunday.

There was nowhere this was spelled out on the website until I received emails confirming my unit rental. Interestingly.when I received the email on Monday saying my lock was available, there was a link to a webpage that DID have all that information. SO.the website needs work to make all needed info available up front. Unloading items was easy - lots of carts and dolly's available.

I was there when only 1 other vehicle was. I would be concerned to be there on a busy day as I can see that it would be easy to be "trapped" in by other vehicles. Not sure of how easy it would be to park outside, get a cart and take items in.

Beautiful storage facility in Lakeville! Friendly service and easy process to get into a unit. Highly recommended!

Everything was better than I expected. Step by step instructions were sent before I even arrived and love the willingness to update with any issues that arose today. and love the drive through. glad I switched and cheaper for me too.

They are so Awesome! The crew is professional kind understanding. They are very helpful. The place is very clean and I love the holiday decorations. Ecolab is their pest elimination company and they do a great job, no bugs no rodents.

Very easy to rent a unit online and the space is very clean. I haven't been there long, but absolutely no issues so far! I like the control temp and them easy access.

I'm very happy with my decision to choose this place for storage. I am sharing a space with two other people and the price is very reasonable. I love the temperature controlled climate and the amount of space I have for my stuff. It's kept very clean, there are motion activated lights, and there are plenty of cameras for security. The employee who helped me out when I was looking to buy a unit was nice and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking into renting a storage unit.

Nice Storage facility. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful. Lighting is good through out the building and in storage locker. Lots of cameras and feels very secure. Plenty of carts and 2-wheelers to move heavy items. Small U-haul available onsite to help with moves. I'm renting a small 5x5 storage unit for a short term storage solution.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Easy set up process and move in. It's super clean, actually temperature controlled and very secure. Easily understandable why this company consistently has 5 star reviews. Probably won't ever use a different storage company unless I move out of state.

This place is brand new and built like a vault. There is a unit size for any lifestyle, from small closet to full garage. If you want to keep something safe, Interstate Storage is the place to store it.
