Intelligent Labor & Moving

We needed to clear out our basement filled with 30 years worth of storage and a complete woodworking shop so that we could replace the floor. After one phone call and a few questions, we were asked to send photos. We got an estimate the next day, scheduled the move -- some to upstairs some to storage. They sold us moving boxes and tape at very reasonable prices so we could prepare. They finished in half a day, hit their estimate exactly and handled everything -- even the very heavy woodworking machines -- with care.

You guys were fantastic from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Phil for talking to a police officer to get parking on my street during a marathon, which made a potentially stressful situation so smooth. I hope I don't have to move again any time soon, but if I do I will absolutely go through Intelligent Labor & Moving again. Phil and John were a true pleasure to work with, and I am recommending Intelligent Labor & Moving to everyone I know who has an upcoming move.

I cannot even begin to tell you how incredible our experience with Intelligent Labor was. The online estimate system is super easy, and the almost immediate follow up from the office was really refreshing. Loved the very clear estimate, plus the check-in a couple days prior to make sure everything was still accurate. AND THE DAY OF THE MOVE? PERFECTION.

The entire crew were so friendly and efficient and so deeply calming during the craziest time of our lives. They truly went above and beyond for my mother and I and I am beyond grateful to have had the absolute best moving experience I could have possibly hoped for. Moving with Intelligent was the best move and best movers I've ever had. To describe them in one word would be "professional". Our move involved a team of 3, and all members of the team were professional and had superior customer service. They showed up on time, were super fast yet careful, disassembled and wrapped everything well, and had a positive attitude.

After using movers from a different company last year whose favorite word was "impossible", it was such a breath of fresh air working with Intelligent. They also had provided a range for the quote, and the final price came in closer to the lower end of the range. Overall such a positive experience working with them! I highly recommend them and will use them for any future moves I have!

Pete Campbell of your company is excellent -- reliable, friendly and smart. He sees a challenge and finds a way. I hired him to move one piece of gym equipment and he ended up moving two! I cannot say enough about how great he is and would recommend him and your company to anyone who needs help with a moving project.
