It's always a good idea to order a few extra boxes to ensure you don't run out. If you don't need them, all unused boxes and bags can be returned to Ideal Movers & Storage for a full refund.

The 2 guys that moved me Alex & Morris were top notch professional from the start to the finish I would recommend ideal movers for all your moving needs I just moved again and again everything went smoothly from Brianna to the movers. I originally used Ideal Movers about 27 years ago. I was very impressed with how professional and careful they were. So when I moved again, there was no question that I would call Ideal. They are prompt, considerate, efficient and do an amazing job carefully moving everything from precious valuable art to furniture to boxes.

The best movers I have ever had! Wonderfully responsive and responsible. They came exactly on time and packed fragile china for me. Having unpacked it all now, I can say NOTHING broke and everything arrived perfectly. The guys were very nice and professional. The office staff is also wonderful. I have nothing but praise for them and highly recommend them.

We just had our second great experience with Ideal and happily recommend them to anyone looking for a mover in the Pioneer Valley. On time, professional, careful, friendly, and very respectful of our wishes for them to wear N95 masks while in both houses. Our Facetime consultation gave them the information they needed to write an accurate quote, which they stuck to. Nothing but the best things to say about Ideal.

This is the fourth time I have used Ideal movers-this time for a big out of state move-and once again I am so impressed and pleased with this company. Adylson, Alex, Mario, Adi and Garrison were all terrific: polite, cheerful, respectful, and really strong! They made sure we were satisfied and were brilliant when it came to fitting all of our furniture in our new house. I couldn't be more pleased. This was the least stressful move I have ever had, thanks to Ideal. Highly recommended!

This was my second time using Ideal Movers, this time to move from my apartment into my first home. The team was communicative, calling me a day ahead of time to let me know that the arrival window needed to be adjusted slightly. The two movers were incredibly efficient and mindful of keeping my things safe and secure. When my cat went missing in the new home, they even offered to help us look! Overall, another wonderful move with Ideal Movers!

This was our first time hiring movers, and we are SO glad we did! First, Ideal Movers answered all of my questions ahead of time, and very promptly. and I had a lot of them! A few days prior to the move, they were able to add in the pickup of a piano to our plan. On the day of the move, they arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and were thoughtful in their interactions with us. I was just so impressed with their skill and the high quality of their work. Can't recommend them enough!

We had a wonderful experience with Ideal Movers. The moving crew was unbelievably polite, timely, considerate, tireless, personable, and professional, even in 90 degree heat. They disassembled and reassembled a large desk perfectly to fit it through the stairwell of our third floor loft. They handled our grand piano with great expertise. None of our fragile items were damaged.
Prior to the move, Garrison came to do an in-person estimate, and followed up with a walk-through the day before our scheduled move to make sure everything would go smoothly. The team (Garrison, Briana, and everyone in the office) accommodated our schedule when our sellers and buyers insisted on closing the same day and we had to move within a very tight time frame.
