The storage units are very fairly priced. The units inside the building are not climate controlled on a regulation level, but the manager will turn on the building fans on days that are too hot. I'm sure that your belongings will not be cooked. I've had mine here for a few months now and everything is fine. The Property manager is a sweet woman of an experienced level in life.
She has an adorable southern accent and a sweet personality. The units are not pristine, though they serve their purpose with distinction. Standing to the tests of time, this Storage Business has not let me down yet. I don't believe it will let you down either. Also, they in fact offer a range of unit insurance plans for decent prices.
