Reliable, courteous, very professional! Great experience even for a move

If I could give them 6 stars I would. The reservation and payment process took minutes on my smartphone. I received an immediate response to my request and terms were provided based on my needs. I received constant communication up to and including the day of the move. Both Lincoln and Jerrel were extremely friendly, fast and prompt. They arrived on time and finished before noon so we would highly recommend them and Heavenly Moving services. Affordable and professional - you all are a "Godsend" in my book!

The team sent to pack our house were friendly and very efficient. They noticed one damaged piece of furniture when offloading at our new house. They immediately brought it to our attention and gave us instructions on if we wanted to make a claim (probably won't as it was minor). Good work.

It would be all but impossible for me to adequately express the deep thanks I felt for Lasalle, David and his crew, and everyone at Heavenly who helped us get moved. We had a fairly harrowing experience with a scam operation the week before; and our experience with Heavenly was night and day different. The booking / inventory assessment experience was quick and stress-free, and our moving team was incredibly attentive, courteous, kind, friendly, and amazing to engage with. I recommend Heavenly wholeheartedly and would absolutely move them again, anytime.

Setting up the moving date was easy; their guys showed up right on time! They got right to work disassembling bed frames, wrapping up all the furniture pieces, and we're super efficient. I also used their storage facility.it feels secure and their pricing is comparable to other places. I'm glad that I chose Heavenly Moving- they made this whole process stress free!

I called on Monday and was able to get a team of movers for Tuesday morning. These gentlemen were a Godsend. Rick, Juan, Kevin, and Lincoln arrived at the time stated in fabulous moods. It was a rough day for me and each and every man was so positive and uplifting! They got me packed and moved with nothing less than fun and light-hearted laughter.

Great experience from start to finish! We used Heavenly Moving this past week to move all of our items out of our home while we have our floors redone. They packed up all our big items so nicely, they were incredibly efficient, and they handled all of our items with care. I was wildly impressed with the guys that came and helped us Friday. Heavenly care was recommended to us by our realtor which says a lot because she is very meticulous. Movers showed up on time ready to work. They loaded and unloaded our whole house with great care. They took extra special care of the delicate items I pointed out. Everything made it to and from houses without any damage to our items or the home. This was our first time hiring movers so we were anticipating atleast one broken item (everyone always has a horror story) but everything went so smooth! No horror stories here! Would definitely hire them again and will absolutely be recommending them from now on.

We used Heavenly Move twice recently to move to our rental and then from our rental to our final destination. They did a fantastic job considering that they had to navigate our very steep driveway at the end of a very long move day. They are efficient and work really well as a team. They also took great care of our belongings including our piano and heavy dining table. Thank you again for all your help.

Day One, I worked directly with 4 gentleman: Joe, John, Darius, and Jay. Day 2 of our move we had: Joe, John, Darius, and Nick. All were extremely polite, handled our items with care, and worked hard to be fast and remain considerate of our home and belongings. A number of times (Joe or Darius, in particular) confirmed if we wanted something packed or not.

In one case someone found jewelry I had taken off and left on the sink when washing my hands. I am so grateful they were not hidden in boxes! I highly recommend the Heavenly team. I have never been able to get so much done in two days. It was wonderful experience. They were on time and were very hard working. Great experience!

Heavenly Movers were extremely responsive from first contact to saying goodbye. It was stressful setting up a move for my 94 year old mother 3 hours away. Before we could move I had to add twice as much furniture and a second drop off point. Then we had an ice storm on the schedule day for moving. Freddy & 2 other people were very professional & helpful.

No wasn't in their vocabulary, only "we can do that!". I've been professional moved across several states multiple times. The team that moved us (Nick &?)were among the best I've experienced. A lot of the furniture was very old & I was very pleased with their care, knowledge detail. They were also very efficient ( actually Fast) without sacrificing care. Very pleasent & easy to work with. In the future, I will not be using anyone but Heavenly!

Both movers were professional very well spoken. They were very eager and straight to the point when it came to their work. They worked quickly and efficiently. They didn't try riding the clock like I've experienced with other moving companies. I will definitely use/recommend these guys again and again

I have moved more than 20 times, both corporate and independent moves. Heavenly Moving rates as my best moving experience ever. Freddy made it easy to get an estimate, schedule and reschedule the move. He arranged special equipment to move my partner's wine vault. David and his team know their work. They are highly skilled at disassembling and reassembling canopy beds.

Would highly recommend to anyone. I was in a blind with closing on a new home that kept being pushed back and then a last minute move to storage. Andrew kept in touch every step of the way assuring me they'd be there when I was ready. So thankful and blessed to have them move me in an emergency. Jerrell and Will went above and beyond to safely move my Mom's furniture from a current memory care facility to another. They were very personable and a pleasure to work with. Our family members have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

Jacob headed up the team with Dante and Juan. The attention to detail was really good. They were polite, careful & packed everything quickly, And didn't have an agenda of surcharges as a lot of moving companies do. Moving companies can be horrible or great. This is a great one

Chris and his team individually greeted us when they arrived. They were extremely polite and accommodating. They moved quickly yet carefully to get our household items loaded on the truck for our move. Upon arrival it was more of the same. Everything arrived and was set wherever we desired - and sometimes moved more once. Best of all nothing was damaged during the move and it cost less than the original bid. Great team, great company, great move. We highly recommend them.

David and his team did a fantastic job, not only moving our 3000+sqft house but also rolling with the punches. We needed our kitchen packed and also move some heavy appliances within the new house, and they were not made aware of this until the day of move. But they rolled up their sleeves and got the job done, no complaints. Would definitely recommend! It looks like the company hires contractors so make sure to communicate your special requests as early as possible.
