The management company changed hands a few months ago and increased the rates almost immediately with no real explanation. This was already the high priced storage facility in the area. Also, when the new management company took over, they sent out a letter (yes, a paper letter) to inform us that we would have to call their office to setup new payment. That is not how that should work. They purchased this facility. It's their job to setup and collect payment. Lazy and money hungry.

Been renting a 10x20 since 2018. Never had issues with access, cleanliness, or theft. The company has switched ownership since the one problem began. The issue for the last year has been the constant price hikes with very little reason given. Started at $150 now over $210 with the "mandatory insurance". If they can't provide some legitimate reason for the price hikes and continue to increase loyal customer rates, I'm going to find another place.

Sent me an email and text claiming liquid was leaking from my unit into another, saying I should get there immediately to handle it. Drove 2 hours from home in a panic thinking something was legitimately wrong and that something in my unit was damaged. Arrived to find the only moisture from my unit was from a bag of winter salt leaning against another unit, obviously have observed something leaking through into mine.

I contacted Mark at 603 Storage with pictures, letting him know that being mislead into rushing down over a what amounted to a mouthful of liquid infuriated me as well as showing him that any leak that was there did not originate from my unit. In response, Mark and 603 Storage in Milford has requested I vacate my unit. I have had this Storage unit without issue for 2 years without complaining or missing a payment, now after doing what they asked and giving feedback in response (for the first time) I have been asked in to vacate in retaliation. Beware when dealing with this business.

The owners cannot handle any sort of feedback or complaints, I'm thankful that I had no legitimate issue in the past that would have required their help, clearly I would have been out of luck. A very sketchy location, I was under the impression that it was a secure facility but when I arrived yesterday for the first time in quite a while the gate to get in was wide open with no pass code needed.

Below is the picture of the bag of snow salt after I moved it away from where the leaking wall is, the same bag of salt which Mark seems convinced is the source of the liquid as well as his response. I'll be sure to put this bag of salt in a museum, after 2 years it suddenly becomes capable of creating liquid.

We had all our home furnishing stored here for the winter while moving to the area. The 30x10 storage unit was clean, dry and easily accessible any time we needed to grab something. Snow was removed promptly, and the entire facility was always clean and tidy. Having the security gate made us feel that our stuff was better protected from vandalism and theft. The office staff was very responsive to emails, accommodating and easy to work with regarding payments. I highly recommend this storage facility!

I rented a unit here and I would NOT reccomend it! I kept your average items in it, totes of clothing, a dresser, etc. and my unit became INFESTED with mice that chewed through thick plastic totes, ruined all of my clothing and made a nest out of my things and had babies. It was disgusting and all they had to say to me was they could maybe give me a better price if I decide to rent from them again in the future.

They even told me they try telling people what not to keep in the unit so that this wouldnt be an issue, like I was keeping food in there or something!(which I was not) Like it was my fault! (Which it wasnt) No refund, no nothing. I will never rent from this company again.
