Matt, the Property Manager at this location was so friendly and professional. He answered every question we had and left us feeling very safe in leaving our things behind. The storage facility is incredibly secure. The free truck for moving into the unit is dependent on availability, but we happened to luck out. It was incredibly useful for moving with only the $20 liability fee and gas fees it was a great deal for a truck. Thanks Matt!

Good prices, especially for a city with lots of college students and a high demand for rental space. The manager, Matt, did his best to save me as much money as possible. The garage area in the back makes it easy to unload items, without worrying about street parking. I love that there are free carts provided for use as well!

The people here were so helpful! They helped us set up storage in October. We closed and moved into our house during the new years but they helped us work around their holiday hours. There are carts a plenty, 4 each in each bay plus some in the little entrances. Elevators are huge and 2 carts can fit if nothing is oversized on the carts. Will use them again if storage is needed!

I am thrilled to provide this review for Guardian storage. I had such a remarkable time with them. Erika Argueta was so helpful and moved me from California to Colorado efficientLy and seamlessly. We had a few changes at the last minute and Erika was there for me every step of the way until I was in my unit. Highly recommend them they are trustworthy and efficient.

Very clean facilities. Option for temp-control. Security cameras. Some locations have free coffee and little snacks for free by reception. Not the cheapest, but some of the cheaper places give cause for concern. Also, every staff member I've spoken to has been super friendly and helpful.

Literally the best customer service experience I've ever had. They went above and beyond to help me after I had to deal with some rogue movers. Super kind and helpful. Their storage is also extremely well maintained and spotless. Can't recommend them enough.

I had a locker at the Westminster location and am glad I did. The staff was always helpful and the facility is excellent. The rental fee is right for the combination of security and ease of use. If I need a storage solution in the future, I will go back.

Very great service! I put my things in storage and thought I locked the door. I received an email stating that during security checks they found my lock not to be on correctly and that I needed to come in to fix it or contact them ASAP, Pricing was a little higher than other storage facilities but still competitive. You get what you pay for! and this place was clean, professional and made you feel safe while you were there and that your belongings were ok there too!

We are sold our current house and our new house will not be ready for three months, so that means that 80% of our home will be going into storage. Taking almost everything that is near and dear to you and putting it into storage has been stressful and made us nervous. We looked at several storage facilities and Guardian was by far the best we looked it.

Not only did it win on security and cleanliness, but what sold us was property manager Amanda Janes. Once we met and worked with her we knew we picked the right place. She is professional, courteous and her customer service can only be described as stellar. She makes you feel like your personal belongings will be safe and sound. Highly recommend.

I've definitely never had such an awesome experience with self-storage. The customer service is great, the facilities are seemingly brand new, the security is top notch, and the ease of use alone makes it worth it. Despite having a pretty rough day, manager Alberto was still very much able to afford us the epitome of great customer service, and even went to extra measures to ensure our satisfaction. (Thanks, Alberto) Furthermore, they have a pretty spectacular deal come move in or move out dates, as they have huge moving trucks that you can rent for a marginal fee - provided that you're a tenant.

The customer service at this place is outstanding. People who put stuff in storage are often in transition and that is a delicate time in a person's life. There is so much going on. Being able to work with a company that is truly professional and courteous really takes a load off a person's mind. Speaking of loads, they offer a free moving truck when you sign up for storage and you continue to have use of it as long as you are renting there.

Its a good deal. The prices are affordable and the place is really clean and well lit. On the day I signed up for a unit the front desk lady was funny, attentive, businesslike, and friendly. I had a discount coming to me that didn't show up on my first invoice and when I contacted the company at large about it they responded immediately. Like within an hour.

The situation was ironed out with zero hassle and they even followed up to make sure I got the new invoice. Not sure what they are doing to have such outstanding help but they are doing something right. I will be loyal to Guardian Storage in the future if I need temporary storage space in the future.

They have awesome storage units! Elevator, loading carts, rental truck, soda machine to quench your thirst when you're unloading boxes- even a restroom! The customer service is phenomenal. I was even given a military discount on my unit; the price was pretty good with that. I was very happy to keep my stuff there. Safe and secure.

Guardian Storage has an excellent, friendly staff and the facilites are very clean and easy to access.

This was the best move I have ever had.and we all know how much moving sucks. Anna, the storage unit guru, was amazing. From finding the right size unit to bringing us water during the move.she was just awesome. The facility itself makes it easy to move your stuff with elevators, dollies, and carts for your convienience. I just wish all my moves in the future could be this easy : Free truck rental was the icing on the cake just make sure you know the miliage cause it will cost ya for anything over 25.
