Got2Move VS crew did an absolutely amazing job moving us from Fremont to Dublin! I will 100% be calling them again the next time we move. They were professional, friendly, and very fast. They even stopped at our storage unit for us. If you need movers in the Bay Area I definitely recommend using this company!

I used Got2Move for my 1bed apartment, local move in SF. Really impressed with how the VS crew too care of everything! They were really attentive and careful with all of my furniture. One of the guys even pointed out where my previous movers had assembled my bed the wrong way, and was definitely a step up from the last company I used. I also had a 29gal fish tank that I was worried about, but they took care of it no problem.

And I had a fairly large couch that was very difficult to fit through a tight doorway, and they really went out of their way to fit this into the apartment which I so appreciate. For a 1br move with 2 guys, it took about 5.5 hours, which felt reasonable since I had a good chunk of furniture. They were professional and efficient--would absolutely recomend!

Used the services of Got2Move, specifically VS crew, with my recent move from Dublin to Walnut Creek. My move involved two stops, including pick-up of boxes from my storage unit. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value This company is a fraud, they moved me from San Francisco to LA and claimed to me professional movers. They wrapped my peloton screen with a cardboard box and shattered the entire screen and only offered $81 to me when it's a $2500 bike. They also cracked my 2,000 brand new bed frame. Do not trust these con artists

Helped me move from one end of the extreme to the other. I had previously called the company, despite the fact that it was already evening, the manager had a nice conversation and answered all my questions. The boys arrived at the appointed day and time, brought packing material with them, and securely packed my things. All things are intact, nothing was broken or damaged. Thank you for a wonderful job. Got2Move Moving company helped us a lot with moving between apartments, the guys arrived at the hour we agreed, the price was the same as agreed, despite the fact that the work is paid by the hour, no one was late, everyone worked quickly and carefully.

This company was on time and they know there job. My boxes were packed taped shut so that made it easy (they pack too) Anyway moved ne too walnut creek from San leandro both on 2nd floor.if u think family/friends can do this up/dwn etc they were worth every penny.just show them and kinda stay out the wY. DNT FORGET WALK THRU BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

We recently used this service for 2 moves, one medium and one small. They were extremely courteous, efficient and friendly. Both moves went off without a hitch. It was amazing to see them quickly pack and load the "stuff" being moved. They will definitely be our go to movers for any future moves.

We recently closed escrow (May) and needed to move from our 2 bedroom appt to our new to us house after it was remodeled. Searched and came down to 2 providers, talked to both on the phone - and felt the most comfortable with Got2Move - it also helped that they offered an additional person to help move at the same cost as the other provider. I have had to move several times in the last several years unfortunately so I have worked with lots of different movers. Got2Move crew were SO fast, efficient, careful and professional. I was in awe of how quickly they worked and how careful they were with wrapping all of my furniture. Nothing got damaged, and they were able to load and unload my home in record time.

My family was very impressed. If I ever have to move again, I wouldn't even bother to shop around, I would go straight back to them. Their pricing was reasonable, clear and they communicated clearly and promptly so I was never waiting or worried if they would show up (I've had some movers fail to communicate or confirm before a move, but Got2Move was very clear and communicative every step of the way). I loved that they provided wardrobe boxes so I could pack up my wardrobe while they loaded up the rest of the house. That was a lovely convenience. They are the best!

The movers arrived on time and worked quickly, took care to make sure my furniture was protected during the move, and carried out the move in a rare downpour of rain without making a mess of the house or furniture in the process. Alex was very attentive helping me set up a moving date for our move within the city. They were able to accommodate our move date without a problem on what I figured would be a difficult weekend to get a booking. The movers who helped us were awesome, Darlin and Omar. Great moving service. Quick to respond, provide accurate payment information, and very reliable. Honestly went above and beyond my expectations for movers. The only difficult part is you have to provide an itemized list of everything you want to move to get a quote (besides what will fit in boxes), although many moving companies have this same requirement. Moved from SF East Bay to LA, total cost was $2,650 plus tip (1 bedroom apartment).

I'm usually a do-it-yourselfer when it comes to moving. So, hiring movers was not something I've done before and that alone provided for some anxiety. To my relief, Got2Move lived up to their good reputation and positive Yelp reviews! They were amazingly efficient! I received a call 30 mins before my scheduled move saying they were 20 minutes away.

They showed up almost 10 minutes early, reviewed my moving contract with me and assessed the job before quickly getting started on my move. When they arrived at my new home just a 10 minute drive down the road, they quickly unloaded. They placed everything where I directed them to (wearing masks and following COVID guidelines). They even allowed me to jump in an help where needed. (Because I insisted) they didn't ask.

They even hung our clothes and asked where every box and piece of furniture went. Polite, professional, timely, and efficient, I'll definitely use Got2Move again! I'd like to add that we returned from a vacation trip the day before our scheduled move which only added to the stress and anxiety given the time restraints. I used Got2Move for packing, storing and moving my items from SF to LA a couple of months ago. That was the first time ever I used moving services in the US and I was really impressed of how fast moving can be. I mean if I was doing packing by myself it won't be done even in a week haha, but the guys did it like in a couple of hours

Originally given the estimate $1800-2500 for a move from LA to SF for a 1-bedroom. Ended up being $2800. I figured with such great reviews, its worth the extra money. Welp. Now I'll be buying a new $2000 tv to replace my brand new tv. Since I had the basic coverage the claim will be $39. $39 for a $2000 tv. Either pack your own tv and drive it yourself or pray that they don't drop it and shatter it.

In order to insure my apartment was safe during the move it would have been an additional $7,000. This was my first experience with a moving company and probably my last. As a reply to the owners response: I choose this company for their great reviews. It's only fair that I share my experience with their services. Having 10+ years in business and breaking a TV and not being able to say when it happened during the move is unprofessional.

The reason the tv broke as badly as it did was due to negligence. It's not a minor scratch or cosmetic issue, it's shattered. I need to replace the tv, it's too damaged to be repaired. Don't offer TV services, if you cant do it correctly or it depends on the specific "highly trained" mover the company hires. If you wouldn't put your flat screen on a dolly by yourself and run it down a truck ramp, then I wouldn't choose this company.

He has a small business, but Im an individual looking out for other individuals who need their personal items moved. Moving is stressful enough, you shouldn't have to deal with these issues.

The movers where good and polite. It was supposed to rain so I requested they call me and discuss moving the time. The person I talked to said we can do it this day without you losing your deposit. I was like I'm going to lose my deposit because I don't want to move on a day it's supposed to be raining and the day they wanted to move it to was also raining.

So I said whatever let's just keep the original date. Well lots of wet and made a mess but it wasn't too bad. Just a lot of cleanup on my part. Also they taped up my dressers and now they are ruined but they did what I hired them to do which was move my stuff so I'll give three stars. Update: I was reached out to and everything was made right. I would definitely use this company again but I will make sure I check the weather before hand.

I hired them to do a move for my cousin. They are hands down one of the best moving companies I have worked with. They were amazing and went above and beyond when I was forced to make some last minute changes to the move. They took it all in stride, stayed late to make sure it was all done and did so with a great attitude. They were professional, friendly, clean and efficient.

We used Got2Move service during pandemic to move from Bay Area to San Diego and we are very pleased with their service. We called them last minute when we found out that the moving company we chose prior to Got2Move changed their delivery time frame. Our move was smooth and easy from the beginning to the end. They do offer next day delivery at a flat rate.

No unexpected charges. The two men and a truck arrived on time. Our driver, Serg and his fellow Jorge, were fast and strong, and even though there was no elevator in our building, they took everything down and load the truck in an hour! Serg and another person, unload the truck in San Diego the next day in an hour as well. All our items arrived with no damages. Even though the cost was above our moving budget, we are happy that we chose this company and will definitely recommend Got2Move to others who are moving from Bay Area.
