I received their call to initially discuss their services. The representative was impatient with me and insisted on me counting and measuring all items I wanted to move and would not discuss their services with me. When I told him I wanted to learn more about there offers, he sighed and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Lost a potential customer.

This is a scam more so than a moving company. After being quoted for $2000 the cost tripled upon receiving the asset list-which was exactly as quoted. Instead of trying to investigate-salesperson made assumptions on sizes and was rude/pressuring to still move with increased cost. Called customer service and they were not any better. Was told they only deal with emergencies on the weekend and before hanging up after ending call customer service representative let out a huge sigh and disgusted noise. Not impressed at all.
