They use investigative services to find your phone number once you list your home and then call and text you to get you to use their services. I would never support a business that uses these kinds of practices.

I couldn't have been happier with my move and the crew at Get Your Move On. Communications before and during moving day helped ease the stress of the move. The moving crew arrived on time, was machine-like in their efficiency and coordination, and all six crew members were extremely courteous and hard-working. They made the difficult job of moving a huge household so much easier.

My belongings arrived in great condition and were placed in my new home with great care and attention. All of this on a very hot day. I am so pleased with the service, courtesy and price of Get your Move On and give them my highest recommendation.

Very expensive company. They moved my furniture from a Scottsdale house to a Phoenix storage room. I also bought 20 blankets from them for my storage at $25 each with the agreement that when I moved out of the storage they would buy them back for $15 each. The total for the move and blankets was over $3300. I used a different mover when I moved from the storage room to my new home in Fountain Hills.

That move only cost $1600. When I called Get Your Move On to buy back my blankets as they had promised, they said I had never paid for them and they wouldn't buy them back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They are twice as expensive and their commitment is not worth anything.

Some of the critical reviews below should not be included such as ones where the driver is criticized but the reviewer never employed this service. I have used multiple movers in the past, this was the VERY BEST moving service I've ever used. Many companies boast of white glove service but this is the only moving service that truly understands that concept.

They moved furniture to a newly constructed home with brand new floors, carpet and pained walls during a rainy day. They postponed the move one day to avoid most of the heavy rain as a courtesy. The following day, they took every precaution possible to avoid damaging our white hardwood floors. They placed carpets and tarp everywhere to not damage carpets or floors.

They wore gloves and shoe covers the entire time. They removed and disposed of all the moving boxes which most movers won't do. They took their time and asked us where we wanted items. They were even great with positioning furniture and giving us suggestions. Finally, they had an amazing attitude. Many times movers can be rough individuals who can be abrasive and in a hurry to finish the job.

This company never behaved that way. They took their time and wanted to do a proper job. They are not inexpensive so that should be fair warning. However, you get what you pay for and they were worth every penny. If you desire stress free moving, I cannot recommend them enough.

We used them to move our office and warehouse over 3 days and can't speak highly enough about them. The whole team was hardworking and positive and got the job done professionally.

As a warehouse manager, I can tell you Get Your Move On will get the job done. Great communication, the guys are professional, respectful and capable.

We've used these folks three times and recommended to family and friends who have also used them. They are always very professional, neat, and friendly. This last move they sent Patrick G., Jose, & O'danny. They not only brought everything in but helped my wife move some of the furniture that was left by the previous owners out of the way. Hopefully we have moved for the last time but if not we'll use Get Your Move On unless it's to my burial place.

The front end coordination was done seamlessly with Blake with excellent communication and emails keeping me informed of each upcoming step. On packing/move day the powerhouse team of Austin, Dominic and Jose arrived.

They worked non-stop until 9PM at night to have everything packed and loaded onto the truck and then drove 4-hours back to Phoenix that night. The following day the Austin, Dominic and Jose offloaded and unpacked each item perfectly with no issues. Can't say enough about what a great job "Get Your Move On" did!

10/10 experience with Get Your Move On. I am on the 4th floor of an apartment complex and they were able to wrap and move a large sectional, 85 tv, king bed and bed frame, all without disturbing me while I work from home, and within an hour and a half or so. I am so grateful to have hired this company and would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.

We had a GREAT move thanks to Get Your Move On! Derek the owner was tremendous! He came out and gave us our initial quote before "the purge" at our old house. He had lots of suggestions to help us and was totally honest and professional. A month later after purging and selling some furniture, Ryan came out and gave us a revised estimate. Again, totally honest, fair and professional. Fantastic gentlemen to deal with!

Then came packing day, TREMENDOUS JOB by the packing team led by Cory! Could not have gone any better. The next day was moving day. Cory, Al, Alex, and Victor put on one of the most spectacular displays of how to dismantle furniture, pack it all up, load it into the truck, then do the reverse at our new condo. They had to move all the furniture and boxes up a flight of stairs that had a reverse.

Absolutely AWESOME JOB, never seen a move executed from beginning to end in such a professional, efficient and safe manner!. I would not hesitate to employ Get Your Move On for any of your moving requirements. Can't say enough good things about Derek and his Company! This Company is very fairly priced and the Very Best at what they do!

I am so very pleased with the help I received from Get Your Move On movers. My move was in several stages, included storage for a period of time and was very challenging for me. These people made it as easy as possible and were professional in every way. I would only recommend this company in the future. They really do a great job!

This is my 1st time using a moving co. In doing research, I've found that there are many shady, bait and switch, hidden fees, hold your stuff hostage kind of moving companies out there. My real estate agent referred me to Get Your Move On. I then looked at their reviews and they have the best Yelp reviews in town.by far. I called, and after finding that they had available movers on my move date, made an appt for an in-person estimate.

They didnt have time for over a week to come give the estimate, but because of this company's Yelp reviews and the referral from my RE agent, we had stopped looking at other movers and had already decided we were going to go with Get Your Move On, unless the estimate was exorbitant. Thry have an estimator on their website, so I already had a ballpark estimation, but it was $1600-$2300. Thats a big gray area there, so we were happy they suggedted coming for an in home estimate. Today, 8 days later, the day they finally had time to send an estimator, I receive a call asking if I have "wiggle room" on my moving date, because, lo and behold, they DO NOT have movers available on my move date and were wanting to know if I could push my move "from Friday until Sunday".

Of course I can't! I cant stay after my closing date! And now I have to completely start over combing thru reviews for another company. Needless to say the estimator has been canceled and I am frantic I may not even be able to find a company now! Don't tell someone you can accomodate their move time, then just fill that time and think youre going to be able to get that customer to change their plans. That's called bait and switch, which I've come to find is the standard operating procedure of this industry!

If it takes you 8 days to get an estimator to someones house, you need to keep those dates open or be able to get estimators out in a timelier fashion! Boo to Get Your Move On for further complicating a very stressful time

The office staff and estimator were very nice. So were the actual movers. That's were it ends. Many things arrived broken and damaged. The unloadeta were nice as well. It when I saw how they actually unloaded items, even breaking a tablel leg off a table purchased in Italy while I was standing in of them was shocking. Too many things that are not small Osiris to list here. I'm still waiting a patheticly small I'm I'm sorry gift card from them.

We just moved to a house with lots of stairs and an extremely steep driveway. All of the guys on our crew were so professional and careful. They even went above and beyond to get the moving truck up the driveway so we didn't have to use a shuttle. If there was any down time while they were waiting on the truck or something else, the guys were offering to help us move other things we had in the garage. I highly recommend Get Your Move On! Their pricing was great too!

Wow. What an amazing moving experience! From the first phone call to the last piece of furniture being moved into our new home, Get Your Move On was amazing to work with during our move. Kind and polite staff and movers. They were all a pleasure. Our packing and move took two days. I never heard a complaint and saw nothing but smiles during those long days. This was our 3rd time using GYMO. They are a top rate company with amazing customer service. From their front office sending updated emails and reminders to the movers themselves (Justin, Philip and Mathew) we couldn't be more happy with their company. Let's face it, moving in the middle of summer, in Phoenix, is brutal. But the Team they sent us was happy and whistling (seriously) the entire time they worked. They were courteous and professional and if we are to ever move again we will definitely use them again.

We used Get Your Move On to do a transition from an office building to a home office. They were prompt and on time and very professional throughout the job. We are greatly appreciative of the work that Al, Andrew and Victor did for us.

Words cannot adequately describe the amazing experience we had with Get Your Move On. Troy and James were amazing! They got the job done so quickly and efficiently, but they also asked small questions along the way that made the unpacking afterwards so organized and helpful. I felt like they were there for us and wanted to make it as flawless as possible. They were kind, respectful, quick and personable. I've had some BAD moving experiences in my life and this was by far the best.

They also sent Ryan out for a free in home estimate to start this process and that made me feel like the team was going to be prepared and informed about our move. Their owner Derek was the one who actually reached out to schedule with me and was kind and helpful too! Would highly recommend Get Your Move On to anyone!

I have moved many times here in the US and over seas, but my recent move with "Get your move on" is by far the best overall experience I ever had! I was in the middle of a not great experience and I needed a fast move from a mid-west state all the way back to Arizona. I knew of Dreck Greene so I called him to tell him my predicament. Without hesitation he said "Sure, we can do that"!

He told me he'd call back by the end of the day; and he did. All arrangements in order just needed my Ok. His plan was fantastic. He would have a truck with two White Glove packers dead head from Az. to my location. He had already figured out what the drive was and when they would arrive. The men would. notify. when they arrived. It worked exactly as he planned.

They came in and immediately got to work! Within a day & a half it was completed. Derek had also made all the arrangements for having my car picked up & brought to my destination. That also zip zip done! I did absolutely nothing, those guys were amazing! The packing loading all is done. Say our good byes I headed to airport All arrived with nothing broke nor anything to even question.

The car was at their facility at the promised time. It was amazing, everything just clicked! At a time of great stress for me, the entire staff was so nice, so understanding; they put up with all this lady's dumb questions and were always beyond polite! Even though I hope not to move again; should their be a reason to I with not a second of hesitation call Get Your Move On again!

Just used get your move on again for the 4th time. They are professional, careful, quick and by far, the best movers I have ever used! They finished quicker than the estimate; everything was intact; nothing broken. Andy was the lead and was communicative and friendly. The whole process was smooth and painless! I would recommend them and have to everyone I know. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best. Worth every penny! You get what you pay for! Thanks Andy, Derek and the whole team!

I can't say enough about the owner, manager, and hardest kindest most positive workers I have met in a while! My move from Lake Havasu to Laveen was delayed due to a contingency and Derek and Blake couldn't have been more understanding n nice about the whole delay. We were waiting from day to day and they calmed my nerves more than the escrow office!

They took their time and cared for every item and even had patience when I wanted my couches a different way. Best experience I ever had with a moving company. and the best prices! Thanks again!

Michael & Ricardo were selected to come help me with my move today 9 December 2019. They showed up during the arrival window as advised. They began work immediately & they had suggestions on how to put my boxes into my storage container! I appreciate their hard work & motivation to help me get moved! I highly recommended Get Your Move On! Very professional men & worth every penny!

Matthew and Austin did an incredible job. They were super nice, professional, and speedy. They wrapped all my furniture really well, which was nice not having to go through the hassle myself. They successfully delivered all my pieces to my third story apartment without a dent or scratch; even the wood items were left without a mark. They re-assembled my bed and insisted on placing the furniture wherever I wanted.

I really appreciate their hard work and good attitude. Even though my AC was not working at the first location they were super nice about it. Finally, the pricing for this moving company is better than fair. It's hard to find reliable movers who care about your stuff and don't charge you an arm and leg. For a half day move, The price was sweet. Would recommend this service to everyone.

We found this company on Angie's list and also checked Yelp reviews. Their reviews seemed too good to be true, but made a tough decision easy. Their pricing is competitive, but not the cheapest and like other reviewers mention you get what you pay for. They were easy to work with from the quoting process through the end of the move. We didn't have any problems so I can't speak to how they handle disputes, but everyone we dealt with was very professional.

They sent three guys (Chad, Matthew, David) and the entire move, about 6 miles from house to house, took about 3 hours. At one point a fourth guy (Rico) showed up and one of the originals (David) left for another job. They wrapped almost everything in blankets and then shrink wrap. They worked quickly, got along well as a team and all seemed to be in good spirits (one was even humming to himself).

This made the process less stressful. Damage/scratches to refrigerators is a common complaint in reviews of other companies. When we expressed concern about how they'd move a brand new large stainless steel refrigerator up outdoor stairs (around block walls and huge rocks), they said it was no problem and told us how they'd protect it (they handled it as carefully as they did the large wood furniture, mirrors, etc.) and it was positioned in its new home unharmed. I hope we don't move again any time soon, but we would definitely use this company again and we highly recommend them.

I HIGHLY recommend this moving company! I recently used this company to move a 3 bedroom house. Before the move they emailed me with the pictures and profiles of the 4 men who would be coming to move my stuff. The day of the move they showed up right on time, they asked questions, listened, and said that I should relax because they were going to take my stress away! That's exactly what they did and I was so grateful.

All 4 of the movers was respectful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I especially want to thank Paul and Miles. They are awesome! I would use Get Your Move On again, and recommend them to everyone!
