Excellent customer service, called this place got all the answers. The office and storage units are super clean. Very affordable prices and a great location. They also provide a free truck to use to move and provide a free lock. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely the best place to have a storage unit. Everyone is so kind and willing to help and work with you especially mike. Units are clean and roomy and Nothing goes missing or gets damaged. Had my stuff there for 4 months with not a single complaint. LOVE THIS PLACE

I went today and had a very pleasant experience! The man that helped with my transaction was super nice! Made the process quick and easy, also gave a tour, and made special accommodations for the day that I move my things in. I definitely recommend, they won't disappoint.

We store our travel trailer there and they have been wonderful! If anything looks different about it, like when we took the tire covers off, they call and let us know. They are always driving around making sure everything is secure. The facility is spotlessly clean. We also rented a storage unit and it so clean we could just move our items right in.

I visited 2 other storage facilities nearby before finding Gateway. At those, I found pan fulls of rat droppings, etc.! My furniture and belongings mean a lot to me. Gateway was worth the extra cost. They provided monthly pest control and top notch security. I found the staff to be conscientious and professional. Gateway gave me peace of mind for 14 months.
