Garagetek did an excellent job with my garage. They designed the garage according to my request and customized a plan for me. The installation process took only a few hours and it looks great. The 21day exchange policy is great. The 12 months no interest financing through Wells Fargo is also helpful.

We went with Garage Tek to organize our garage. Peter Belman was easy to work with, and honest. Our needs and requests were cheerfully met. The installers were professional. The finish looks excellent. The price was more than another competitor. But, after Garage Tek finished their job, the price was well worth it. My neighbors want to hire Garage Tek too. --N. Srinivas

I've been wanting to get started on fixing up my Garage for some time now - and GarageTek has been on my short list to go visit to see what can be done. So I made the trek from Haymarket up to Rockville on a Saturday to check things out. To my dismay, upon my arrival, I find the place is NOT open and a visit to their showroom is ONLY available via appointment.
While the appointment reference is on their web site - I somehow missed this. In any case, most businesses in the area around them are open on Saturday (without an appointment!). I may revisit this review if I can ever manage to take a day off on a weekday to make an appointment. For now - not very customer friendly = FAIL.
