Could not have been happier with my decision to hire Macomb Movers! They arrived within the time-frame I was given, very professional, friendly, quick to do the job, absolutely careful with all my boxes and furniture and they did a fantastic job all the way around! All my items were moved into storage until I purchase a new home and when I'm ready to move my items out of storage they will be the ones I call to help! Could not have been more pleased with how the process went. Ty!

From begin to end Macomb movers were professionals. Carol, who scheduled our move was very personable and professional. I can't say enough about a small business who actually answers the phone when you call! Eddie & Q our movers were kind and very good hard workers, making sure that our furniture was moved properly, safety and without any damage! Great job guys, thank you Eddie & Q! I have used Macomb Movers Five Pointel at least 40 times with my company moving seniors into senior living as well as arranging moves for friends. Always professional and careful. Not once was there a breakage, a wall gouged or any issues. For the people who gave 1 star reviews, their issues sound like their own fault. Of course you had to have everything packed before they came! I recommend them to everyone. Best prices and a great staff. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent moving company! This was my first time using a moving company in 30 years and I am so relieved that I made the right choice. Everyone was helpful and very pleasant. They answered all my questions and sent me information so I know how to prepare for moving day. They gave me a time for when to expect the truck to arrive and it showed up on time.

We had a moving crew of 3 guys that were kind, careful and respectful of our things. The cost was very reasonable. We will be moving again in 6 months after our new home is built and we will be calling Five Pointe Moving again.

The moving service was exceptional! It was a full days work with 3 flights of stairs at both homes and the movers were very professional and kept positive attitudes. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a moving company that cares about their customers.

This was our second time using this company. Both times we had Q and Eddie out to help move. Both very professional, polite and hard workers. The one star is because the employees were pleasant otherwise it would have been a zero. This was a nightmare situation. Huge disconnect between main office and employees which turned out to be a major problem. The owner could not have cared less about the team not being prepared, the lack of experience of employees and the subsequent damage of many of my pieces and interior walls of new house.

Some how this is our fault because as we were told, they didn't want to do the job. They booker said they would take proper precautions but they did not. They claimed this was due to us not being ready.however we had boxes packed and ready in the garage and the furniture was definitely there so I don't know what else we are to do with it. I've moved many times and never had an experience like this.

They took zero accountability even though I contacted the office several times throughout the day. The owner came to collect money but sat there and let his lead take the heat for everything. I have no respect for people like that. I've had better experiences getting random people off craigslist during my college years. If you own nice things and want it done right look elsewhere. I honestly would have paid much more to have it done right but even with an extra person this still took double time quoted with damage.

My move did not go as expected. When they showed up and looked at what I had they told me it would be two loads and they couldn't do it all that day. I had many issues, from a broken 50 inch screen TV, very slow service, the crew took many breaks, helped themselves to my bottled water without asking, things ended up in the wrong places, small items were thrown on the floor in the old place.

It took the crew more than 45 minutes to get to the new house when it which should have taken only 20 minutes. I called and left several messages with management and have not received any response. Any damages are reimbursed at 60 cents per pound. I would not recommend using this company

Five Pointe Moving has helped me move several times. I recommend to everyone that asks me what moving company to go with. Always available even with short notice & work with my schedule. I know my fragile items are safe because they handle them with care. Thanks Guys for a job well done.

The crew arrived on time after they pre-called me. They went right to work making Tetris like moves to make my items fit to make the most of every trip. They were moving and grooving for 6 hours. They communicated well, letting me know when they found a screw missing or if something was loose. Safely shipped all of my items, in a clean professional way. If I ever move again, I will most definitely use them again.

Hired Five Points for my move. They called me that morning and told me what time they would arrive. Mark & Eddie were the movers. they worked fast and it was only $353 for 3 hours. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends and family.

They made it easy! They moved my 3bdrm townhouse from Shelby to warren in 4 hrs. They worked quickly, and were quite efficient! They got all my belongings to the new place in tact! Truck was clean & the guys were great! No complaints here. Would definitely recommend them & use them in the future!

I had a very good experience with Five Pointe. I was moving my stuff from a storage place in Romulus to an apartment in Ann Arbor. The team (Eddie and Mark) showed up on time, packed my stuff carefully in their truck, and unloaded everything into the apartment very quickly and efficiently. They were very respectful and cheerful. The whole process took less than three hours, on the whole much smoother than I anticipated.

Great Experience. Movers showed up on time, were pleasant and hustled through the move. Moving is a hard task and I think it will always take longer then people expect! I thought it would be done in 3 hours.it took 5 hours and there was no way they (or anyone else) could have gotten it done any faster.

Our entire experience moving my mom into a senior community was as stress free as it could get. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the 3 movers were the best in the business. They were total professionals, kind and considerate. The floors were covered, the bannisters were padded, the truck was clean. Plus, they worked non-stop at a very fast pace, and packed/unpacked whatever we wanted. Eddie especially was very passionate about his work and had a very calming affect on my mom. Their price was very reasonable and was less than another company we were considering. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Took 7 hours to move a 750 sq ft. 1 bedroom apartment and 50 sq ft storage unit 1 mile away to new apartment literally 80 yards away. Even had to bring our own boxes to the truck, which made no impact toward finishing. Struggled with moving very light IKEA dressers. Slow and complained about the fact there were stairs - which they knew ahead of time.

Definitely a company that robs you by charging hourly and movers don't seem experienced at all. If you have time and money to waste, call these guys, they'll gladly take up your day and wallet with their inefficiency. Only giving 2 stars because our furniture wasn't broken and they arrived toward the earlier end of their arrival estimate time. The company we used previously moved the same furniture to a further location and finished in 3 hours.

The lady that took our reservation was very helpful and polite. Though our truck was late in getting to us they contacted us well before our scheduled appointment. Everyone was very nice and I would recommend to friends and family Allison M.
