Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Movers themselves were professional and efficient however they were an hour and a half late with no notice. I called after they were 15 min late and was told they would call back shortly with an ETA. I called again an hour after that and was told they were on their way. Bottom line they care about their time not yours.

This was my first time using a moving service for my relocation from Hamburg, NY to Rochester, NY. I am so thrilled that I used a well established, local company and not a couple of kids off craigslist. From start to finish Fisher could not have made my move easier. From the front office staff to the 2 spectacular movers that handled the job I could not be more pleased.
The movers were on time, so polite, so professional and best of all they took so much care with my items. These two guys gave some of the best service I have ever received. Thank you so much for everything! If you're moving go with Fisher. You will not regret it. They are the incredible!

My only complaint, The movers did Not Wrap some of the furniture or did not wrap them properly, therefore some of the furniture had gotten scratched up. Also some of the flooring and some walls in the house I moved from and the floors in the home I moved into were scratched when furniture was pushed around. I would still recommend them but would request all furniture is properly wrapped up before its moved.

Very professional, nice & accommodating. They arrived on time and knew exactly what needed to be moved. Their experience even predicted trouble they were going to face with the narrow North Buffalo home stairways and my LARGE sectional couch. They were right - the couch could not fit despite their hard attempts and suggestions to keep my couch in good condition.
While still on site, they called the office and organized storing accommodations for the couch, rescheduled me in their tight calendar for the next business day - with an extra employee so they could lift it onto my balcony. The second day, they arrive right on time again - and moved the couch through the balcony with ease! Both instances were very smooth and each employee was really friendly, reassuring, all experienced and professional. They really knew what they were doing! Even Barbara and Dan were very polite when scheduling on the phone. Highly recommend.
