Debbie was very rude and unprofessional when i asked why I wasn't able to get the key to the truck they lent out as a courtesy use. I was still talking & she hung up on me. RUDE!

So the pro rate your move in but not your move out. Beware to only move out at the end of the month. In my 2.5yrs, had several issues with not being able to get in to my unit due to gate issues. Always get sorry cant help you we have called the gate company. Meanwhile more times than i can count the gates left open.

The storage units are well-maintained and easy to access. The office manager is very courteous and helpful. The facility feels very secure.

When I moved out, I discovered most of my treasured furniture and other belongings had been damaged beyond repair by a MASSIVE mouse infestation. Management was aware, but said when customers came by the office, they'd give out packets of mouse poison to put in their units. I was never contacted, had not been to my unit in six months, so I didn't realize my property was being destroyed. I spent almost $2000 in storage fees to end up having to throw out 90% of my belongings, including family antiques. Beware!
