The main reason I am renting here is because of Donna the manager. Everyone was calling me to rent a unit from different places. Donna was not overbearing she was very helpful and I was very comfortable with her. When I came in to sigh up it was smooth process. I am happy with my decision.

Fairfield storage is a excellent storage facility very clean, friendly staff, you won't be sorry in your decision. I would rent from them again and tell anyone that I hear is looking for storage space.

Nice, clean, and secure business. They have a friendly and helpful staff. The only reason I switched storage companies is because of the forced insurance policy. If you don't get your own policy. They make you buy their policy. I will not be forced to buy a $13 a month policy for two or three hundred dollars worth of stuff. Signing a simple waiver for insurance should have sufficed. So, I drove 5 minutes and saved about $30 a month.

I love that you can rent a unit online and put a move in date online. I had some questions about the rental process and the representative Donna reached out to and was extremely helpful. I was able to successfully rent my unit that day and move in with out having to go into the office. I needed this unit quickly due to my mother passing and I needed to store some of her things. Donna made this an easy process during this time of bereavement for my family.

I've had nothing short of a great experience with the Fairfield storage, Donna has helped me tremendously with the last 3 years when renting a unit for my motorcycle. Donna is so polite and professional when discussing the storage units and pricing.
