ERO Moving is the worst moving company I've ever had the misfortune of using. I retained them to move our first floor furnishings out of our home into our garage while our hardwood floors were being sanded and refinished. Easy, right? During the first move they damaged our piano, scraping it against the front door. During the move back into our home, they rolled the piano on our just refinished entry hall floors causing a significant 3-4 foot indentation.

They asked for and I provided detailed photos of the damage and then nothing. They went completely dark, basically stonewalling me by not responding to any of my emails and/or phone messages. Unfortunately as I had pre-paid for these moving services, I have not leverage and only limited recourse through small claims court. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend ERO Moving, LLC

ERO Movers did a great job moving a gun safe for us. We needed it moved on extremely short notice and they delivered as promised. Pedro and his crew were awesome. Oz worked with me to get it all arranged and the communication was seamless. Thanks guys.

Bad experience in how all personal belongings were packed. Movers shoved clothing into garbage bags and didn't provide wardrobe boxes as requested. Delicate items that held sentimental value were packed in boxes with many things to on top that damaged. If I would have known this is how my items would be treated I wouldn't not have gone with them. Gave it a 2 because the owner did make himself available to communicate our concerns. Hope no one else has this experience going forward.

Ero Moving is literally the most unprofessional moving company i have ever hired in my several cross country moves. Although I booked, paid deposit and confirmed 2x, 7 weeks before my cross country move, they cancelled unloading my truck 15 minutes before I arrived. And i only found out because I called them, they weren't going to let me know they weren't coming telling me they had spoken to me in the morning. Utter lies.

I was stuck with my truck parked outside overnight, an extra day's rental fee and scrambling to find new movers to unload. Their response? Pedro told me "We are not perfect". Please spare yourself the horror of this company and read all of their terrible reviews. Hopefully they shut down and stop abusing trusting customers.

WORST EXPERIENCE! If you need a reliable company, this is is not it. We confirmed, paid our deposit. on the day of our scheduled time, no one reaches out to us. I found that strange and begin to call. I receive no response for over 30 minutes. After finally receiving a response, they told us that they did not have movers available. On top of that, they then send us a text message explaining that they have a crew finishing an appointment during our scheduled time, and then they would have to give them a break. Then, that offer no longer became available. Somehow, no one wants to work on a Saturday. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. If you don't have an issue if you were to not need a delivery on a specific date and time look elsewhere.

They were prompt, professional, and personable. They made my moving experience easy, quick, and stress free.

Angel and Damian arrived in time and were very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently to load all of my belongings (there was a lot!) in to my trailer. They were experts at packing and made sure that everything fit. I would recommend them over and over again. Service: Local moving

Tetris Champs! Damian and Pedro came to load up my moving truck for my move and they did the best job I've ever had anyone do, very friendly too. I was worried I wouldn't get all of my stuff into a 20' truck and would end up having to get a trailer as well. They packed my truck like tetris champs. Seriously. They were even able to leave me room at the end to get in what I didn't have a chance to box up yet and they did it in under the time. I am beyond impressed. Thank you so much guys!

We decided to use ERO Movers LLC to help us move into our new home. On the day of the move (March 27th), there were 3 young men that assisted us with our move. After the move was completed, there was no check off list confirming that everything was accounted for so as I started arranging items, I realized that one of the bed frames for our full size bed was missing.

I then reached out to the owner of the company, Pedro. He stated that he would follow up with the movers and he would get back with me. He also stated that worst case scenario is that he would file an insurance claim to make sure the we get our bed frame. On April 2nd, Pedro got back with me and stated that he would be ordering us a new frame and it would be replaced at equal value.

So I provided him with a picture of the frame that was equivalent to the one we had. On April 12th, I followed back up with him on the status of our frame and he stated that we would have the frame by the end of the week. On Saturday, April 17th I followed up with Pedro on our frame and he stated that he would "swing by" with the frame on Monday, April 19th.

He stated they had the frame. I asked if he could deliver that day as we have been waiting for some weeks to receive our property. He never responded anymore that day. On Monday, April 19th I reached out to Pedro and asked when could we expect to receive our bedframe and he stated 6-7pm the latest on the 19th. He never showed and didn't follow up to let us know he wasn't coming.

On April 20th, suddenly he said that he had to go out of town to assist other movers with a job and that he would be delivering our frame on Wednesday, April 21st. He also mentioned that he knows how to keep his word however we have yet to receive our bed frame therefore he DOES NOT know how to keep his word. I gave him a call today on both phone numbers and a text and he has not responded to either methods of communication and my call was this morning. I would not refer ERO Movers, LLC. to anyone as they DO NOT keep their word and lacks professionalism.

My movers were very professional and polite, and the most customer service oriented that I have experienced in such a long time.... so very refreshing. The move I requested was done with care and the entire process from hiring this company, payment online and completion of my project could not have gone smoother. I will certainly use them again.

ERO Moving gave us the best moving experience we could ask for. Their movers were courteous, professional, fast, careful, and they made our moving day enjoyable. They completed our whole house local move in well under the quoted time. This was the day after a snow storm in the end of January, 20 degrees outside, and just plain terrible moving conditions.

The scheduling and quoting process was extremely easy, and their response time was amazing. We originally were going to use Two Men and a Truck, but the numbers on the quote they gave us were just plain stupid - so we opted to look elsewhere. I'm so glad we did. I was very anxious about our movers/moving day, and I can't thank ERO Moving enough for their amazing service.

Ero Moving was such a great company to work with! They were very organized and careful with all of my furniture, on time with arrival, responsive with questions prior to the move, and extremely helpful on the day of the move. Would highly recommend working with them!

We hired this company to move a piano from the first floor of our home to the basement. They were prompt and friendly and did a great job! The communication before-hand, was excellent. Texts, calls, even paid the invoice online so that everything was done the day of the job. Highly recommend.

They arrived an hour and a half after the end of the initial time window, but were very good about communicating changes in their schedule day of. Everything else about them was phenomenal: service, professionalism, efficiency, care. We would definitely consider them again if we have to move in the future.

These movers are amazing! They were running late, but called me to let me know. At first, they didn't think they were going to be able to fit everything in my truck, but they fit everything in like a tetris game and I was very impressed. They were extremely professional, kind, and fast. I scheduled them for two hours, but got everything done in only an hour. I will recommend them to anybody that I know is moving!

ERO was amazing. They were friendly and professional. I bought a new treadmill that arrived yesterday and they were able to come out right away the same day I contacted them and got that 300 lb treadmill from the garage to our basement gym through some tricky doors and right where I wanted it. No damage to the treadmill and quick and painless for me! So thankful for their service and will 100% use them next time I need some heavy lifting!

Left me half moved. Stole 600 bucks and didn't even do the job. Trashed my bookcase and couch. This was an emergency situation move for me, I really needed the help, which they agreed to quickly. These men screwed me bad. They say "it's my fault" because I "did a poor job at estimating." I'm sorry buddy but this is your business. Not mine, your expertise, not mine.

You trying to place blame on someone in a distressful situation is honestly so low. None of your lying can change the fact that if you didn't want to help me you should have said no. You and your company are trash. I'll post photos of all the damage. These movers aren't just bad at their jobs, they are bad humans. No gloves or mask or any precautions such as cleaning during the pandemic? Nope. Gross people inside and out. And STOP THREATENING ME IN TEXTS. This is the review you earned.

So disappointed. We made an appointment for them at our new home which we were not living at yet. We left our children with a babysitter and drove up to the new house. 15 minutes before the end of the arrival window we were given, I received a text stating the movers stayed an extra 2 hours at their previous move and needed to eat so they were going to be late getting to us.

Long story short, they had no right to allow their morning client to add on so much time, they should have made them schedule another time slot. This guy who texted me should have given me waaaay more heads up. we wouldn't have postponed the babysitter and not wasted our time driving to the house and waiting for them for an hour before they finally told us they weren't showing up. Additionally, the movers showed up 3 hours late!

We had already paid for the 2 hour minimum so we couldn't cancel, but we asked for a free hour due to the huge cost to us (in wasted time and babysitter fees), but the guy said "that is unreasonable but would offer us a discount on a future move" what a joke! Why would we hire them again after being treated so badly? plus the movers scratched up a bunch of our freshly painted walls! This is unacceptable behavior for any business and bottom 5 for customer service experience. Think twice.

They were super quick moving my piano in! They let me know when they had an opening and I was able to have the piano moved in on my lunch hour! Thanks guys for the great work!

I scheduled them for 2:00 on a Friday. They called the day before and asked if they could come to my apartment "right now" because "things are looking pretty tight for tomorrow." I wasn't at home, and I had a few more things to pack up, so I declined. I had actually wanted them to come on Thursday in the first place, but had been told by a scheduler that "there was no way" they could get out to me on Thursday.

On Friday afternoon, they were running late, so I called to check in. I was told that the movers were on their way, but would be an hour and a half late. Five hours after the quoted arrival time (during which I just sat in an empty apartment waiting for a call), I called them back. They said that they wouldn't make it at all, and hopefully could come the next morning.

The guy on the phone acted like it was my fault because I hadn't been ready for them on Thursday (which, seriously?). They ended up sending an extra person to make up for being a day late. He arrived a little bit before the other two, and told us that they had been pulled over on the drive over, so would be coming late. Like, it's almost comical at this point.

While I helped move boxes, one of them stopped to take a break to use Snapchat. They left right after everything was in the van, and only used one of the four straps I had given them (even though the company said I needed at least four). So we had to finish securing everything in the truck on our own. We realized that one of the movers had parked illegally and got a parking ticket in the less than two hours they were there. In the end, a few things ended up getting broken because of how things were stacked. Overall, a really unprofessional group with just the worst customer service.

The movers that helped move furniture around the house this morning were polite, careful, and they moved efficiently working well together. I'm very impressed and I would hire them again.

Pedro & Jonathan were delightful, experienced, competent & would hire them again in a heartbeat. Pedro also was very adept in driving the large truck & backing it in our driveway. The moving was done with expertise.

I booked them through UHaul and paid them. When I called them to firm up to give me a location they cancelled out on me. They told me that they can cancel any time that they like as long as they give me 24 hour notice. It was 25 hours before my move. If I hadn't called them, I would have had even less notice. Don't book them unless you are ready to replace your mover at the last moment. Edit to review: They had the audacity to call me and tell me to take down my review because I can get my money back from UHaul.

I am not a moron and knew that. My review was based on the fact that 25 hours before my move, they cancelled. That means that I do not have people to load my truck tomorrow so I have to cancel people on the other end. What a massive waste of time and effort. They are the worst!

These guys made communication effortless by using Google calendar and hangouts and other modern means. They were later than they'd planned, but brought an extra person to get the job done fast. All in all, they were professional and reliable. I'd definitely recommend them.

Arrived an hour late with a rented Uhaul truck. I was quoted by the hour, however after the movers left he informed me that they include their drive to from from in the hourly charge (they came from Madison to downtown Milwaukee). I understand charging for travel but not without informing me prior. Had I known I would not have wasted my time with them.

When I asked why he did not include that in the quote he stated that it was in the contract he wrote up for me, a contract that he had never shown or mentioned to me before. When I said this he offered to email me the contract since he had not shown me it prior. Very sketchy, very shady business. I was also quoted three hours max and they took six to move us. from a one bedroom to a studio less then six minutes away.

Best move yet! We called 4 company's and ERO moving was the only place that called back and we were so grateful they did. We are so pleased with every aspect of the move! Thank you for making a stressful day go so easy!! Will definitely be using them again!

We had ERO Moving Company move heavy pieces of furniture due to having our floors refinished. They were patient and careful when moving and storing a heirloom baby grand piano. Overall, the crew was professional, efficient and polite. Would highly recommend this company! Thank you for a job well done!
