Clean secure facilities, I rented a 10 x 10 space for $102 per month, I never took a tape measure to be sure but the unit seemed small, I went ahead a built a shed in the back yard and closed out the account. no problems whatsoever nice place.

Clean secure facilities, helpful staff. No issues during the 2 years we used one of their storage units.

As a customer for 8 years they were a good company. I felt they were trust worthy but one day I visited my storage. I. Forgot to lock it and I had to be gone out of town so to be able to return was impossible that day. I called before they closed and I told them if they could put a new lock and of course they agreed. The man I spoke to said they could see no one had entered the storage.

I was relieved. But unfortunately it was not so. Someone entered stealing expensive fishing poles and other items of collectors. I trusted them but I was reassured all was well. Did the person I spoke to enter and look around taking things that he assured me were intact? no longer have a storage there but it left a feeling of not be able to trust them again ever. It's unfortunate that when people have difficult times they want to know that they can trust those they store with.

This changed my opinion of Empire Storage. Must of been someone who worked there who took the items. Please screen those who you hire. Finding people who are trustworthy if difficult these days. But of course they had no supervision. I tell anyone to not trust those who work there

Thank you Empire management for rectifying the situation it may have taken some time but it's fixed, excellent customer service now and my needs are being met.

I have been using Empire for about a year now and have been so happy with them & their facility! Clean, well run & friendly staff!

Emily has always been extremely helpful with getting us units as needed and keeping us posted when something opens next to one of units. As a local business here in Bend, it means a lot to have a neighboring business be so friendly and go out of their way to help us out!

Great place. This is my second time using them. They even offer a move in truck for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I wrote a review a couple months ago that i wish i could delete. Ive had nothing but problems with this facility. I was promised a month free which now they are not honoring. This storage facility is a joke and waste of money. I wish i had the ability to move out and into a different facility. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Matthew was super helpful and efficient getting me set up with the storage locker, it was my first time renting one and I was surprised with the affordable price and amazing customer service! Highly recommend.

I have had a very good experience with North Empire Storage from the beginning. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, and Emily, the one I mostly deal with, was very helpful when I had a mix up up over the name of this storage with a different company of a very similar name. I couldn't get anyone to call me back from the other company, so that I could make my payment by phone (I travel and can't go in).

I had been trying for five days to get through to this other company but they weren't even listening to their messages, let alone returning my calls. NORTH EMPIRE STORAGE, almost always answers their phones immediately, but if for some reason they're not in, they'll get right back to you as soon as they receive your message, which they check often. The price of the units is also very competitive. I am very pleased with North Empire Storage. They have five stars for a reason!

Celina is extremely rude and enjoys getting people upset about loosing everything and doing absolutely nothing to help eradicate the problem. I always pay with a credit card online. At Christmas I got a month behind due to credit not being available. I wasn't worried because I knew it would be available in January and I could pay the bill. Well apparently if you're more than 30 days past due then you're not allowed to pay with a credit card! Interesting.

Now they laugh at me when I'm distressed about loosing the entire unit and racking up more late fees! They certainly DO NOT put the customer first, the ones who help ensure that they have a job.yeah just treat us like crap and steal our belongings, that's nice! I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't ALWAYS pay with a credit card. Then when I want to pay the full amount and more they won't accept it. Disgusting display of business practices right there.

Don't ever use these people! You will Not be able to contact the owners if needed. I was not told I needed to sign a vacate form. but I vacated when I needed to. Now I'm being charged a full month! $70.00 I asked why can't you pro-rate? Wow what a way to get some money! Be very careful when using any Empire!

Me and my wife had been using North Empire Storage for the past 4 years. The staff is awesome.great customer service with setting up a unit for us and when we needed another unit.they made it extremely easy to get another one, and it was really close to our other unit. Which makes picking up and dropping stuff off a breeze. I feel the place is super secure and looks the part also.

And the location off empire road is great.super easy to find and makes bringing big rigs in a breeze. I would advise anyone looking for a storage facility to go to North Empire storage. I would have to say its the best place I have used. Go to North Empire Storage and you will be glad u did!

Teaser special $25 each month for 2 months thereafter $80 for a 10x10. Wasted my time driving to Empire Storage. Clerk was professional and place very clean. I didn't bother to ask if they require insurance and credit check. Admin fee is $10. Non climate controlled.
