This is a really great place and I really enjoyed customer service especially from Alyssa who treated me so special.she is very resourceful and I will definitely recommend these services to my family and friends. This storage facility is a very large, clean facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. I went to an event there, which was a great experience for small businesses to be able to network with other businesses in the area. I spoke with Melanie M while I was there and she was super friendly and helpful.

Our New Orleans self storage facility provides 1,492 storage units in ten different sizes ranging from 5'x 5' to 10'x 30' and a height of about 8' tall. All of our units, with the exception of six outdoor drive-up units, are climate controlled and within our facility. All units have individual door alarms for added protection.

I have stored wine at Elmwood for the the last 6 years and my experience has been terrific. Melanie has always been super helpful and responsive! I recently had a very complex logistics issue arise and she was very resourceful and willing to work with me to expedite the move. In short, Melanie is great and the rest of the staff is as well! Highly recommended!

So far so good! I love that a pin number is required at ALL entrances. I feel really safe when visiting the facility alone. No hidden fees everything is communicated very well. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the facility and how it's operated. I visited other storage units but none compared to the security, and professionalism I experienced here. The monthly rates here compared to other places in the area are a bit higher, but it's worth It.

We are leasing storage units and had an issue that the management, Al, and one of their great staff members, Josh, handled quickly and professionally. Everyone associated with Elmwood Self Storage are extremely sensitive to the needs of their tenants and find a way to solve problems and get it done. Josh had a solution to resolve my issue and did all the work to make it happen. He truly has a "can do" attitude!

Elmwood Self Storage is a beautiful facility! I love the community events this company hosts. It is above and beyond just a storage facility. It is also safe and secure. The staff always greets you with a smile especially Ms. Alyssa who is very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Five stars

(Update 02/10/2020) It's been awhile since I posted a review of this facility. This place is still going strong and always tries to add new services to help their customers. I am still a customer and have to say that Melanie always makes me feel right at home whenever I visit. If you haven't had the chance to check it out, please do so and be sure to ask for Melanie! Friendly, helpful staff; large facility with lots to offer; easy access; very clean and secure.

If you have the chance to tour the wine storage area it is very impressive. They also offer safe deposit boxes that will rival any bank in the area. Many sizes to choose from and the rates are very competitive.

Absolutely a giant cut above other storage facilities, from genuinely courteous staff to the best maintained building I've ever seen. Security is top notch, and the place is a fortress. Ms. Melanie has always gone above and beyond to take excellent care of us. Never ever had a billing issue. This business is absolutely straightforward and exceptionally professional!
