Einstein Moving Company

We used Einstein for our move to Plano today and we were very happy with their services! Their customer service is excellent. Communication leading up to the move was excellent. Initially we had 2 movers and was quoted 5-8 hours but we were able to get an additional mover and they were finished in 4 hours. The movers were polite and courteous and went above and beyond.

Super efficient and friendly movers. Only reason it's not 5 stars is a little pricey for what I needed moved, but that's because they had a 2.5 hour minimum and I didn't have much stuff. Other than that, I would absolutely hire Einstein again!

My experience moving with Einstein was nothing short of amazing! This was my first time hiring professional movers, so I did not know what to expect. I also severely underestimated how many boxes I would have But they took a good look at everything and weren't thrown at all! They had plenty of space for everything and got it all done in a timely manner, all while taking great care of my belongings. They were personal, while still professional, which is a hard balance to find these days. Highly highly recommend!

This is my second time using Einstein for my moving needs. From the time you request to schedule a move to after you have moved in, Einstein was attentive and courteous. Our movers Richard and Bernard were friendly and professional and did an excellent job. There was only one item that was damaged and I wouldn't otherwise bring it up but I am mentioning it so that customers will know how excellent their claims process it.

I was contacted the day after I moved and received reimbursement in a few days. I have recommended Einstein to several friends who have also used their services and will use them when I move again.

We used Einstein Moving for our local move in Dallas and I couldn't be happier with their service. Moving is a tough job to begin with but Joshua and Jeffrey were incredibly professional and efficient the whole way through (despite having to move our heavy furniture up two flights of stairs), and they even showed up early! They finished our move about 3 hours faster than the other companies quoted me, even with taking the time to carefully wrap up all of our furniture/TVs/etc.

Company wise-I really appreciate the flat hourly rate pricing, I've used moving companies in the past that tack on tons of fees or "travel charges" that amount to hundreds of dollars extra. It was super easy to book the move and they don't hound you with sales calls-I just filled in my info online, chose my date and time of move and they called to confirm the details. In summary-book these guys, they're great!

I had Caleb and Jack as my movers and they were excellent (also very funny). This was my first time using movers and they made the process extremely stress-free. Einstein Moving was one of the most responsive companies to my initial move request for quotes, and not just automated messages. They were courteous and professional, and handled a few questions I had up front with ease. When moving day came, the team assigned (Mason and Sam) were wonderful. They were the most professional movers I've hired to-date, and I've moved and hired movers quite a number of times.

They easily handled moving my furniture items, and not only wrapped the furniture professionally but also wrapped the doorframes and staircases to ensure no damage. And, they completed the job in less time than quoted, saving me money - that's a first in my experience! Our movers were Zach and Josh and they provided the best moving experience. They were on time and so professional. They wrapped all of our furniture and doors to make sure nothing was damaged. Einstein is the best moving service I've ever used and I've moved quite a few times. They were very professional and made the entire process super easy and stress free. I really liked that they sent me an email confirmation with the names and pictures of the people who would be doing the move. It was a nice personal touch that made me feel like a customer they cared about, rather than just a number. They responded quickly to my emails and overall did a fantastic job. If you are looking for an efficient, hassle-free moving experience, you need to hire Einstein! Our movers Jack and Darius were FANTASTIC. I was a little concerned that only two guys were going to handle our move, as we had a lot of furniture, and we made an additional stop at a storage unit to get more stuff before we arrived at the final destination.

These guys were fast, friendly, and they knew what they were doing. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. Awesome job, Einstein! Thank you for making our moving experience so easy!

I can't recommend Einstein Moving Company enough. This was easily one of the best moving experiences I've had. Our movers, Jack D. and Zachary S., did a great job making our move as easy as possible. They arrived promptly on time (they were even a few minutes early!) and were incredibly efficient moving all of furniture and boxes. I've never seen two movers get as much done as quickly as they did.

On top of that, they took care to not damage anything and made sure all of our belongings and our new home came out without a scratch. The pricing was fair too, so I didn't feel like I was getting gouged. No hidden fees, no last-minute charges. All in all, it was far less expensive than our previous movers. If you're moving in the Dallas area, make sure you reach out for a least a quote, because I'm certainly happy I did!

Einstein went above and beyond in helping my husband and I move into our new home. Not only were John and Jeffrey super courteous and considerate, but they also helped us with fixing our dining room table we got off of fb marketplace that was super wobbly. Additionally, we have a paper thin 55 tv that is a pain in the ass dealing with because it is more fragile than the male ego. John and Jeffrey were really careful and our tv got to our new home in one piece without a scratch on it. Einstein is a little pricier than most moving companies but the peace of mind and stellar service is worth every penny you spend.

Moved to a new apartment last week and Einstein Moving Company made it quick and easy. The pricing was fair and my movers were efficient. My movers Garner and Hardik were quick, safe with all my valuable items, and friendly. They also moved all my furniture exactly where I asked to make my new place look great. Highly recommend using this company.

Smoothest, most caring, fastest, and most professional move of my life -- from booking through the last piece moved into place. Jack and Kendall were incredibly fast and took such care with each piece they moved. They were courteous, professional, and top-notch. And the cost was the absolute best value in the entire North Dallas area. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive, either (by a long shot, and I called 5 different companies).

I've had very mixed experiences with movers and am always on the lookout for something not going quite right but these guys were great from start to finish. They were professional, in constant contact with me as we got closer to the move via email and phone, were diligent in contacting me when the weather turned and we needed to adjust the start time and were super fast and efficient. All up, our experience was great with Einstein and I'd happily recommend them to anyone else.

Our experience with Einstein was extremely smooth throughout the entire process. Lukas and Kevin were extremely friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond on our moving day. Quite frankly, just a great experience from the quick, responsive initial quote, to the move itself. Spent some time researching moving companies, and the reviews on Yelp were amazing.maybe too good to be true? Nope, they were spot on! From the initial quote (same day) I got from Shayne, I booked same day.and am still getting calls from other movers weeks later, to offer me a quote?.smh.

Our movers were Tyler, Ian, and Landon, and they were awesome! Showed up on time, and the communication of what to expect was top notch. All the furniture was carefully wrapped/protected, and they were a hustle team.very professional and just easy to get along with. Einstein was the first moving company I ever used and everything went great! Ryan and Kevin were my movers and they couldn't have been better. They showed up on schedule, were communicative, and took good care of our belongings. What Einstein really got right was communication. They sent emails confirming everything, and answered the questions I had in a timely manner. The move was most definitely worth the price.

Used Einstein to move from Round Rock to east Austin in December 2021. From the first moment messaging them, they were professional and quick to respond. On the day of the move, they kept me informed of how everything was going and the estimated time. The movers worked hard and managed to come in under their estimate. They were careful with everything they moved, even my giant china hutch from my mom. I will use them on every move going forward and highly, highly recommend anyone else use them. I have used this company twice so far. Both times the movers were exceptionally professional. They were prompt to arrive and worked fast / efficiently. My items were handled with care. Moving is such a hassle that it's nice to know the movers will be great. Definitely go with this company, you wouldn't think of movers the same ever again!

I was quoted for a 5 hour move but they were able to accomplish it in 4 hours, from my 13th floor apartment in Downtown to my new 5th level condo in Uptown. Definitely recommend Einstein for a stress-free and efficient moving experience!

Hands down, the best unload I've ever had.and I've moved around a lot in the past 20 years, in and out of state. From the initial quote to the finish, just great customer service and transparency all around. Jack and Tabi were my movers, and they were a pleasure to work with. Super friendly, but right down to business when they got here.

They unloaded my 26' Penske truck lickety-split into my little house, putting everything where I asked them to.in ONE HOUR. No joke. They didn't knock into any walls, or scuff any doorways, and for some of my items it was a pretty tight squeeze. Overall from a price point perspective if you don't have a lot of stuff it's a bit on the expensive side, but if you want your things moved efficiently and handled with care, it's worth it.

I used this company over a year ago to move out of my apartment and had to put everything in storage. Hands down the best company and would use them again in the future. Easy to work with and prompt.

Einstein's came recommended from my parents. We had packed most of our own items, but were looking for help with some of the heavier items, especially going upstairs at the new place. Jack and Landon showed up prompt, and did a great job. They were courteous and crazy efficient. I hope we don't have to move again soon, but would absolutely use them again. Jack and Landon were great and I could recommend them enough.

We hired this company due to the good reviews. The marketing and communication is slick and funny. It was easy to schedule. The move itself was one our worst. They call the move a 'smart' move. We have moved a lot and let me tell you there is nothing smart about it. Where do I start? - Despite us requesting that mattereses be put in a bag to avoid dust as family had allergies they dragged them through the dust in the house, the truck and then again at the destination. - they dragged heave furniture on wood floors and damaged it and did tell us or do anyting when we called to their attention - they damage the dry wall( again no protection) and did not tell us - family pictures were dumped with trash in garage - perfume bottles were get this - wrapped with packing tape? Took us hours to get the tape out - some pictures frames were broken and they did not about it - they took things about but misplaced the screws itself- fridge door screws, lamp clamp screws.

They did come back and take care of fridge though. Lamp is unsuable - they seem to be a hurry to close the truck and told us to take the rest of the stuff on our cars - the queen bed they took it apart and broke the slats however put it back without telling it was broken In general seems like a amateur movers who have not been trained on basics of packing, protecting and moving. I highlighted these items and even send some pictures and told them I was not happy. They chose to do nothing. I would not hire them again nor would I recommemd them.

After using multiple movers I've been blown away by the service and professionalism of Einstein. Jack D and Brenden W were able to move our 3 story townhome in less then 5 hours in the Dallas summer and did it all with a smile on their faces. Highly recommend going with Einstein!

Hardik and Dylan! This review will pale in comparison to how happy and satisfied we are with the job these guys did! They were there right on time and ready to go! They hustled the entire move. We even saw one of them jogging back to the truck! They had an extra stop in our move to pick up some furniture and still got our move done in the exact amount of time that was quoted.

I was blown away by the level of service we received noir movers were some of the friendliest people we have had the pleasure of meeting. They worked at hyper-speed to get us moved in, yet everything was handled with the utmost level of care. 10 stars if I could!

I used Einstein Moving for my recent move. They were excellent. From requesting a quote to the move itself, the whole process was easy and stress free (I especially appreciated the fun link to a live otter cam in the confirmation email). The day of my move, I lost power and ran out of packing tape and was feeling overwhelmed, but the movers were very friendly and had all the supplies to help me pack the last bit of my belongings.

I was quoted for 3.25 hours on the phone, but they were extremely quick and efficient and finished the whole move in just 2.5 hours. The next time I move I will definitely use Einstein Moving again.

We asked that everyone wear their masks. They did. We moved from a 3-story townhouse to a single story home. Not once did they complain about the stairs. All of our items were packed and ready to go when the Einstein Movers showed up on time, so the move process was pretty seamless. They protected all of our wood furniture in blankets and were careful moving and packing them.

The team was efficient and friendly. In fact we were done more quickly than what was quoted, so our total bill ended up being less than what we had thought. Overall great experience. Would recommend and use again!

Einstein Moving Company was the only Austin mover with all 5-star reviews, so after thoroughly checking them online I called them. Now I'm delighted to add my 5-star review to the list! Everyone was amazing -- punctual, careful, responsive, friendly, honest, hard workers. With 5 guys and 2 trucks the entire move was done in less than a day, much faster than I expected.

I was worried about my art, antiques, and freshly painted walls, but nothing was damaged. They also packed everything in my large kitchen and pantry. Everyone from office to movers were true professionals. Moving from one house to another is always stressful, but Einstein's quality work definitely helped relieve that stress.

Chris and his crew mates moved us last week and they were excellent. They moved fast all the while protecting our things. Donald, Kristopher, and Benjamin were all so friendly and professional, even while moving about 80 boxes of books PLUS everything else in the house. My move went very smooth with Einstein Moving. I was very impressed with the whole process and especially Dustin S and Jonathan L who were my movers. They did an amazing job and were even running down the hallways in between loads (it was 90 degrees out). I was very happy with the communication during the moving process such as how far out they were or where they were parking the truck. Also the wrapping of the door frames was really helpful. I had no damage or issues. I will highly recommend Einstein for friends and family for the future.
