Don't schedule a move with Easy Movers if you need them to actually show up on the date and time that has been planned and scheduled for weeks in advance. One of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had. Not only did they NOT show up, but they couldn't even be bothered to let me know. Myself, my wife, and two kids are standing around and waiting in a house that is COMPLETELY packed up and ready for movers but the movers are no where to be found.

I finally decide to call to check on the status and they transfer me around to four different people before someone can finally give me an excuse. and it's a great one: "no one showed up for work today." They then had the nerve to ask if they could move me "tomorrow". What a joke. Absolutely unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and DONT CALL EASY MOVERS!

Did not hire - quote was competitive but extras on estimate were higher than hired mover. Dan was very kind up front to set the estimate, which happened quickly. However, in following up Dan was very short and rude (practically hung up on me). makes me wonder what the move process would've actually been like.

Only because zero isn't an option. The two guys who arrived were nice enough, but were ill prepared for my move. They were late arriving, they were to have brought a box for my 75" tv but didn't, their hand truck wasn't in working order. I'd been sent numerous photos of furniture wrapped in plastic and blankets-- asked specifically if I needed to do that as part of my packing, "no, that's part of the service".

None of that happened. The movers knew none of the details I'd provided to persons via email and text. The slow moving guys took forever to move mey stuff from one apt to another apt and the actual cost was more than double the high end of the estimate. would never use and would never recommend. communication was poor. I literally expected them to cancel on me day of due to such poor communication. Definitely a bottom rung experience. I've had better experiences renting a uhaul and hiring labor through their website.

Trying to sell the home, I used Easy Movers twice within a two month time frame. First time to move a few basic things to be able to leave most of the home with furniture so it would not look like a "Ghost Town". Then, approximately a month & half later, I used them to move the rest of the furniture and my belongings. Don Reed, the owner, Rory, the gentleman in charge of the movers and Gina, the lady that seems to run the whole process, where ALL VERY easy to work with through out both moves.

The actual movers were neat, very efficient, which helped keep the total cost down, and I recommend using Easy Movers any and each time you need a moving company. Great Job Easy Movers!

I have used Easy Movers twice now when moving and will continue to use them for any future moves. They are professional and fast to respond in the booking process. The movers on the day are wonderful, efficient while also being cautious and careful with furniture, and make an otherwise stressful day easy. Would recommend them to anyone looking for local and distance moves. I used them moving 3 hours away and then moving back to Charlotte a couple of years later.

We have used Easy Movers more times than I can count. for us, family members, friends. MANY times! They have always done a fantastic job. I noticed others guesstimated less weight for the move to underbid the job. Easy Movers provides an accurate estimate, shows up on time, work very hard, are courteous, and do exactly what they say they will. Items in the many moves we've used them for were never damaged. Moving is expensive but worth every darn penny.

I used EasyMover twice, first to move into a two bedroom apartment. I had just sold my house and the majority of my furniture was moved into storage therefore the Easymovers only had 2 bedrooms with beds only and one had a dresser. Two piece of sofa, 2 large TVs and boxes. It cost me right around $500. I called them again to move the same furniture from my apartment now to my new home which was only 3 miles away.

The crew they sent spent more time outside smoking, talking on their phone and LONG breaks. By the way it was THREE MOVERS. I should have known I was about to get ripped off on that alone because the price increased! The move should have been right at 3 hours but instead it took them SIX HOURS! I called serval times to report what was was going on and FINALLY a guy by the name of RORY returned my call and ensured me it will be taken cared of but instead they took $863 dollars out of my bank account!

I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! and my recommendation to anyone looking for movers to not get ripped off by this company! I'm my opinion they STOLE money from me.

Used Easy Movers for our move from Charlotte to Greensboro. What a professional organization! From the start of the process, when one of their Reps came to our house to walk thru what was going to be moved, to the final delivery of all belongings. Not a scratch or dent on anything. Came in under budget! Efficient and hard working staff and favorable pricing. Would definitely recommend!

I booked with Easy Movers, took a day of vacation to make the move, Easy Movers didn't show up. Easy Movers is not a reliable company. Don't let them do to you what they did to me! Evidently they overbooked and if you're the one left hanging- oh well. Go with a different, more trust worthy company.

I recently used Easy Movers for a local move and couldn't recommend them more. I was traveling internationally when I received a purchase offer on my home and wanted to quickly schedule moving services for my desired day and time (a Saturday move). I started the estimating process on-line and quickly heard back from Don Reid, Owner of Easy Movers.

When I returned home, Easy Movers came to my home and provided an estimate. On the day of the move, everything went so smoothly that the move took less time, so Easy Movers adjusted their service charges.

I researched online for a reputable moving company, since my husband and I are both disabled. I found three, and decided to go with EasyMovers, based on reviews and the standards of the company itself. I made the right decision. The staff was very pleasant to work with. They provided a reasonable estimate, required information for an interstate move, and sent someone to our home, for an On-site Survey prior to the move.

Our delivery team Dwayne and Richard, were on time, extremely courteous, professional, quick and efficient. They handled our items with extreme care, and there were no damages whatsoever. The staff members Dan, Cynthia and Glenn, were outstanding. They put our minds at ease every step of the way. Back in mid-September 2017 I was frantically trying to find a place to move into after being evicted. I literally signed a new lease on a Friday to an apartment I didn't even get a chance to look at because it was being bug-bombed! I called several movers, and Easy Movers were the only ones to get back to me. As I am disabled and had literally no friends or family in the area to help me mover, I was desperate.

A man (Darian?) came out on Sunday and gave me an estimate of just under $800 to move 3/5's of a mile within the same town. Ouch, but, again, I had very little choice. The movers arrived Monday morning and IMMEDIATELY told me the estimate I had been given was way off. They got to work, but then I had to leave for a little while (half hour, tops) to get my electricity turned on in the new apartment.

I got back and supervised as much as I could. Once all furniture was removed, I couldn't go back inside because there was nowhere for me to sit down. I asked several times if they were sure they got everything, and the garbage taken to the dumpster. I was told yes. So, we proceeded to my new apartment. Things were brought in and placed where I indicated. Then, since I had no washer/dryer hookup in my new place, we took those appliances to my storage unit.

Once that was done, everything was totalled and. last just say I audibly gasped when I was told it was close to $1700! The next day, I drove back to my old place to drop off the key and sign off on the final inspection. That's when I learned that all of the garbage bags had been left inside, the contents of an entire closet had been left behind (mind you, it was all already boxed up), and the contents of my refrigerator had not been placed in the cooler I had indicated. (I had planned on removing it from the cooler that I had THOUGHT it was inside when I got home, as it was mostly condiments like ketchup, mustard, etc.) Fortunately, my former maintenance man helped me load up my car and remove the bags of trash.

When I got home and started to unpack, I discovered that many boxes hadn't been labeled, and that a few of the ones that were had been mislabeled. Boxes marked "bathroom" contained clothes. Boxes marked "bedroom" had kitchen utensils! I didn't find any of my toiletries for three days. When I finally got around to it and completed their customer satisfaction survey, I went into all of this.

I got a call about two weeks later from the secretary (I believe that's who she said she was). We went through my issues, and she apologized. She said that crew would be TALKED WITH. Yes, "talked with"! Okay, fine. And, you "apologized." Sure. But, I still wouldn't recommend you to anyone, based on my experience with you. I'll certainly never use your company again.

I've used easy movers three times. My first experience was great but the quality has gone down. For both moves this year there was a general lack of care around my items. Basic instructions weren't followed. The last encounter was especially concerning bc one of the movers was visibly and verbally angry bc I had " too much stuff to move".

There were lots of eye rolls and snide comments when I asked for items to be placed in certain places and to top it off he helped himself to my food, left trash in my garage and then proceeded to clean up at my kitchen sink leaving water everywhere. I didn't even report it because I live alone and he obviously knows where I live. I would steer clear!

Just called and the salesman gave me a run around on the yelp discount. Good luck if you choose them! I would get another quote from a different firm. My opinion is done advertise a discount if you aren't gonna HONOR it.

At the time boxes were being packed, 5 workers spread out to various locations throughout my home. The house is just short of 4800 square feet, 3 floors. It was impossible for me to watch all of them at once. So obviously, it was quite easy for one or two of them to take items without me seeing it happen. Just questioning employees present is not enough.

Would anyone admit to taking jewelry? Of course not! To state that everything possible is being done is false. I have been threatened to remove my review or face legal repercussions. I have stated the truth, nothing more. Obviously, the only concern is for the reputation of the company, not the satisfaction of the customer. This has been a nightmare of an experience. You have been warned!

This was the best moving experience I ever had, and I move a lot for work, so that's saying a lot! I was 30 minutes late for my appointment, but they were very gracious and waited for me. I was not charged extra. The owner, Trace Edwards, called and confirmed my appointment, and let me know he was only a phone call away if there was a problem.

The men that participated in my move were professional and courteous. They loaded my belongings in record time, working straight through until the job was completed. I highly recommend this company, and plan to use them for any future moving needs. I am a very satisfied customer!

Great company. these are the people you want to deal with in an industry that's rife with questionable companies. Easy Movers held true to their estimates, sent polite, considerate and hard working men, and flat out did a great from beginning to end. They were flexible when it was apparent we could reduce the size of the crew working when moving out and flexible when I had to push my move date back three days.

A few days after our last move was complete, my wife noticed a minor but noticeable scratch on an armoire (the only damage we saw out of two truck loads of stuff). When I contacted Easy Movers I was not hit with the "sorry, you already signed the papers" like I got from Ballantyne and Beyond several years ago, I got "sorry about the damage, we will have someone from claims contact you as soon as possible." The level of courtesy and service you receive from Easy Movers is exemplary.

I highly recommend you use them. Their prices are competitive, but not the cheapest out there. but if you value your furniture and belongings, spend the few extra dollars to be treated professionally with courtesy and compassion.
