0/10 stars for sure. being a military family we have moved A LOT and dealt with tons of moving compa over the last 18 years. this by far been the WORST experience with any moving company that we have ever had, they showed up a day later standard contractor date they didn't send enough workers to pack out and load my home they lied to me and my husband repeatedly.

They took a portion of our household goods that had not been packed wrapped or inventoried to another city 2 to 3 hours away in the middle of our patch job without our knowledge or consent and lied to us repeatedly about when the team members would return with our goods and finish packing. they left their semi truck with half our household goods unsecured/unlocked and unmanned illegally parked in our cul de sac blocking all of our neighbors for an entire day that day. they literally just left.

And finally now that we have a new residence at our new base they are not answering our phone calls or returning our messages they gave us a delivery date which they did not deliver on and have since refused to give us any projected delivery dates! My husbands household goods from overseas have made it to our new residence before our household goods that were only shipped across 2 states! This has been a NIGHTMARE

Avoid these movers AT ALL COSTS. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional, unethical company I have ever dealt with. Any request you make for your move is completely ignored. No personnel with this company communicates anything with you. I was scheduled for my delivery a week in advance. The day of alleged delivery, nobody contacted me at all.

Well beyond the delivery window they told me, I finally got in contact with someone at the company. It took over 20 attempts of calls from myself and on post transportation office, they told me they're not delivering and don't know when they'll deliver. I still don't have a delivery or any idea when they will deliver.

Thanks to Teresa and her team! The packers were quick, efficient, and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better group to pack up our house.

Stay away at all costs. My household goods were clearly stolen and damaged, and the transportation service provider, Eagle Van Lines, used National Claims Services to handle my claim. Dawn Jurkovich, the adjuster, was unresponsive and did not respond to my counter-offer for almost 2 months, despite multiple follow-up emails. Additionally, her response to my counter-offer clearly showed that she did not take the time to read or pay attention to my claims (e.g., I submitted pictures of a DAMAGED watch BOX, she kept responding that a MISSING watch was not covered).

That was in addition to the 60 days she took to provide an initial offer. My household goods, or at least what was left of it, was delivered at the end of July. It is now December, and my claim still has not been resolved. I have never had such terrible service by any movers, as I have had with Eagle Van Lines and National Claims Services.

Shane, Kacey, John and Robert last min helped me with my storage move today and they were in and out in 3 hours. Very professional! Came in, put covers on main walk ways, packed everything neatly, and I can not stress this enough. they came when it was 20° outside with snow on the ground and kept my stuff from getting dirty. Another added thing about them was that they did not impede traffic in our small location over here as well. As a military member I am very appreciative of their time and work helping me and my family with such a short notice. Thank you again!

I can't stress how grateful I am for Eagle Van Lines, Inc! Kacey, Shane and their team were absolute professionals that accommodated to our 11 day short notice (deployment) and maintaining communication/updates. Would happily utilize and refer their services again and again (:

Eagle Van lines bent my bike in shipping and refused to claim responsibility. When I called the claims department the representative got defensive, told me my bike was likely a counterfeit and continuously cut me off whenever I tried to talk. I was told to file a claim with Trek because it would likely fall under the lifetime warranty covering frames. This company bent my bike and washed their hands of the issue. I'll never utilize their services again.

Building A is up a steep drive on the right. If you have a 53 ft trailer you're probably going to building B at 4091. Much easier anyways, but call to find out before you arrive. Very nice people to make a delivery to. Even with having to switch buildings it still only took an hour to unload. I'd deliver here again. Not too far off exit 4 on the east belt. GPS or Google maps directions will get your truck in there without any weight or bridge issues.

To the management at Eagle Transgroup: you have an incredible asset and superior leader in Theresa Santos. She didn't stop until the job was done.and done right! She guided her team effortlessly and is a wonderful ambassador of your company! Couldn't have asked for a better move for my final PCS!

Movers did not have identification and arrived late. Items were packed in boxes without shipping paper and hardware was not attached to furniture and lost. Frozen freezer items and liquids were packed in boxes. Open bottle of cough syrup was packed and spilled all over belongings. Furniture was damaged. During storage our items were covered with dirt, dust and rodents infested our household goods! Definitely not a positive moving experience with this company!

Eagle Van Lines in Temple Hills MD outside of the Wash D.C. area moved my family locally in the Washington D.C. area 2 weeks ago. They did an outstanding job! Starting with there office personnel and survey crew they estimated our move and they were spot on with the weight of our Household goods and actually came in under there estimated price by $300.

We were extremely happy with the move crew they arrived on time and carefully packed all of our belongings from a four bedroom house in Bethesda MD and then delivered the next day to our new Condo in Washington D.C. We had no damage claims and the crew who unloaded us reassembled all of our furniture, laid out all of our rugs and worked with our designer to make our new home ready to live in immediately.

They hauled away all of the debris and left our brand new condo in pristine condition. I was so relieved to see that our art work and designer quality furniture arrived with no damage at all. This family owned business should NOT be mistaken with a Moving Company in Massachusetts with the same name as some of the post on yelp have been less then favorable.

The Number #1 Military mover in the Washington D.C. Area. Team was professional from the survey crew, office personnel, and packing/moving team. Team arrived on time packed all my belongings and were flexible with my special requests. They set my mind at easy as I dealt with a short notice deployment. Highly recommend these moving professionals!

Nick was very helpful when he moved my car from Baltimore, MD to Hays, Kansas. He was very careful when loaded my car onto his 2019 F-450 with a gooseneck. He strapped it down in a place that would not damage my car. And the car looked the the exact same with no damage when it arrived in Hays, Kansas

Enrique and his team did an awesome job! We packed my 3 bedroom house and garage in boxes, and moved it into a storage unit. The house was completely full of stuff. We packed it all up in one day, moved it, and unloaded into the storage unit. Enrique and his crew were professional, courteous, on time, nothing broken / damaged, and the price was right. I will recommend to friends. Thanks!

The worst moving company I have ever worked with. I have moved 11 times in my military career and never have a I worked with a company that is so unprofessional. Between them not keeping the scheduled appointments to loosing my shipment to not delivering on the requested date, they are the worst. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The scheduler Mark and Katie's are the worst ever.

They say they work for the customer but constantly over book the company and try to force earlier shipment dates on you. If you can find another moving line I would advise you to do so. Update: the finally found my shipment and the driver showed up on Saturday morning. The driver hired some random laborers from North Carolina to unload and unpack everything.

The movers moved some furniture in the house but left things everywhere. Nothing was unpacked and in the end they emptied the truck and left all the furniture shoved in the garage and all over the front lawn. My house is in shambles. They left to get something to eat and told us they would return. They never did. I had to call my family members to drive 100 miles to come help us move all the furniture.

The mover scratched up a new refrigerator moving items in the house, broke a light fixture and broke the garage door while "moving" everything. The driver had no clue what paperwork needed to be signed and insisted I sign everything to include a waiver for packing material removal. Thank goodness I can read. The boxes were labeled incorrectly and some smashed. This has been the move from hell. As a service member I have never been treated so poorly. I hope the government releases all ties with this company.

EXTREMELY disappointed with the service we have received with your company. We were moved across the country via your company. When arriving to seattle area, our delivery date was changed, twice. Ended up getting our things a week later than we were told. When the truck with our things arrived we were told the crew that was there to unload were NOT a part of your company, but rather, temporary employees that were hired via a place called "labor ready".

People who had NO experience in moving/unloading a moving truck. And I know this because after all was said and done, I asked them. THEN as things were being unloaded, we had 2 Harley Motorcycles to be unloaded first. First one was scraped ALL the way down the ramp. Damaging a custom paint job. Then, as the second bike was being unloaded it was DROPPED off the moving truck, causing major damage to the bike.

This bike belongs to my husband's father who died a year and a half ago. Turns out to be almost 10000 worth of damage. It has been a NON STOP battle since june to get this issue resolved. We were told to take the bike for an estimate, which we did. Then told that they would not approve repairs without further info. Which we provided as well. Then we were told we would have to let your company ship the bike back to Maryland to have it repaired.

When we expressed our obvious concerns with this request things turned to a very different route. Then it went to sending out an appraiser. Which means because we have justified concerns about shipping a motorcycle that is priceless to our family BACK across the country to have you pick a place to repair it and then ship it AGAIN across the country, your company is now looking to "total" it.

So because we have concerns and want more than ANYTHING to have this motorcycle repaired at a legitimate facility without shipping it all over the country for no real reason we will now be "punished" and are looking to lose ownership of something that once again is priceless. ALL we want is for you to repair the damage YOUR company caused. We don't want you to just cut some check and expect us to go away after that.

We aren't looking for money to be given to us. We are looking to have this wrong made right. So far this is NOT happening. We JUST want the bike repaired and handled in an appropriate way. Had to pick a "star rating" to post. zero stars was not an option. Unfortunately.

Delivered our storage. We were given a 11 to 1 window for arrival and they got there at 1130. Two guys, clean and polite. Quickly unloaded and moved items to desired locations. Perfect job, no complaints.

I had an item in controlled storage with Eagle Van Lines. They asked for me to give them notice since not everyone has access, so I called Thursday and told them I would pick up Monday. They told me to arrive between 12 and 2. I arrived at 2 and was told the only individual with access to controlled storage was not on site. I have been waiting 45 minutes now and no matter what else happens nothing can add stars at this point. I wish I could give less already and apparently my afternoon is just getting going.

We are a military family and were scheduled for a survey two business days before our move date. The surveyor, "John", called us one hour before our appointment to inform us he had a flat tire and would be a late. He called two and a half hours later to tell us he was on his way and would be at our house in 15 minutes. Ten minutes later, the dispatcher from Eagle Van Lines called to tell us they would have to reschedule our survey and our move day and would call us back.

Two hours later, we get an email from JPPSO stating they changed our movers to another moving company and our move dates would change. I talked to the Eagle Van Lines dispatcher, "Tracy", after we got the email and she told me the surveyor never called to inform them he had a flat and was running behind on his appointments. They made the decision to cancel our appointment, despite the fact he was minutes from our house, so the surveyor could resume his appointment schedule on time.

She was unable to send another surveyor to our home the same day because of "problems with several crews and multiple cancellations". She did handle herself professionally and apologized, however, I would not recommend this moving company for their lack of internal communication and inability to adapt their personnel to provide appointment coverage.

This was very disruptive especially since we sold our house and were on a tight move schedule. Highly disappointed in this company and not worthy of a government contract supported by taxpayer dollars in my opinion.

DO NOT USE EAGLE VAN LINES. Unless the U.S. Government does not give you chance which was my situation. Not only did they show up an hour late the first scheduled pickup, they did not bring the necessary equipment to move my motorcycle. They politely pleaded to come pick it up three days later as if this was beneficial to me, pushing back when I was able to PCS even further.

Come three days later they show up 3 hours later without notifying me. So not only did they push back my report date (I was trying to report about a week early to sort things out at my new base), they wasted two of my last days at my current location by having me wait around for them not to show up. Do not fall for the friendly facade Eagle Van Lines may have on the phone or show on their website, they are unhelpful and do not seem to care that their customers have more important things to do than wait for their movers to show up.
