Thank you Jennifer! The signup process was super easy. I'd recommend this to anyone in Northwest Arkansas. It's worth the drive even if you're in bentonville for peace of mind since the facility has a gated entrance and the staff does daily rounds.

Patty was excellent on the phone and in person. She is friendly and thorough in explaining all details. I got set up with my new unit quickly. The unit was clean, getting in/out is easy and prices are very reasonable. You'll be super happy here!

Grant was very helpful with everything. Was in and out very quickly. He explained the contract and payment in detail. The unit I got was very clean and I'm satisfied with what I got. The facility is clean and the 5x10 unit was also very clean and tidy. My friends recently had a unit here and it was nice, so when I needed one this is the place that I decided to go to.

Great customer service! I've been here 5 years and never have I been disappointed. I have leased from the smallest unit to the largest and never do I have to worry about them not having the right size unit.
