Dimon & Bacorn

We called to get an estimate for moving some items. We called about two months before we needed to move as we didn't have a firm date. We were given a verbal estimate. We agreed to call once we had a date. We called again two months later to schedule and we were told that there were no records of us calling, and the salesman would call back. We received no call.

Three weeks later we called again and again told the salesman would call back. A week later no call, so we called to be told that the salesman is off for the week. The next Tuesday we called for the final time to be told that the salesman is off until Thursday and no one else can help us since that salesman had already talked to us. Don't waste time with these clowns.

The team at Dimon & Bacorn exemplifies excellent quality and service. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and focused on making the process the best experience for me. I appreciated the experience of each person in their role. They patiently answered my questions and stayed in contact from beginning to end. I will definitely refer this organization to anyone seeking a small or major move in their life. Dimon & Bacorn is my Preferred vendor!

Worst experience ever! many of my items arrived broken. The estimate was off by over 3,000. Movers agreed to have the house packed and loaded by a specific date. They took 2 days longer and nearly cost us the closing on our home. Very unprofessional. Packed glass without wrapping causing them to break. several table legs were broken off of my tables.

Too many issues to name but do not use this company! They left the front door to my home wide open when they left for the day. I discovered this when I went to check on my home from the hotel I was staying at. TERRIBLE COMPANY

I had a great experience with Dimon & Bacorn. Very professional, fast, and always on time. My move was less stressful because of this team. Will use them again down the road.

Nice people Fast in and out they get you loaded in 30-45 minutes and if you arrive after hrs you can park overnight there

As a tractor-trailer driver, I go to many places to have my trailer loaded. Went to this place this morning and the gentleman who loading my trailer was very nice and professional. It's not very often that we as truck drivers get treated nice. I appreciate you.

My husband passed away less than six months ago. They made what was a very hard move as easy as it could have been. We moved furniture to two different locations and they were amazing. They were kind and so very careful with my things. They moved everything we asked them to move and took all the boxes we were done with back with them. On a scale of one to ten, I would give them a ten plus's. They were the best.

Had to move my elderly parents across state to a new home without actually being there. Everyone we dealt with at Dimon and Bacorn were absolutely tremendous! From accommodating dates, to packing everything up, to final delivery were a complete pleasure. For what could have been a very stressful situation, Dimon and Bacorn made it pretty easy and stress free. Sydney, Tom, and Joel were especially outstanding! Everything arrived in superb condition. Super friendly people in this company. I am so thankful for them!

The team was exceptionally professional. In the office they were prompt in responding to all my questions and needs. The moving teans were among the best ive had in multiple moves over the years. In spite of covid, the delivery team was couteous, masked, and very professional. Im grateful to them all! Id certainly use them again and highly recimmend them for your next move!

Dimon & Bacorn was a huge help in moving my Senior mom back to New York from Maryland. The move required us to not only work with the movers and packers but also office staff. We found all of those folks to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They most definitely made a very stressful time more manageable and helped make us at ease. We quickly became confident that the job would get done.and it did. Given the the new normal it is worth mentioning they operated safely. My mom and our family cannot thank you enough for a job well done.

The service that Dimon & Bacorn provided during my move was exceptional. From my first introduction to Mark, and Joel and his moving team, they were very professional, considerate, well organized and eager to help in any way possible. When Joel arrived at my new house, I found the same exceptional service with unloading and organizing boxes in the appropriate places. They handled everything with care and were a pleasure to deal with. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and expertise in moving.

Dimon and Bacorn gave me a very accurate estimate without their salesman even seeing our goods. Mark Manning dealt with me only over the phone and my final price was less than the original quote. BIG thank-you to Joan & the rest of the Dimon and Bacorn team. With all the upheaval for the virus we were successfully moved in on Friday morning & very grateful not to be stuck in limbo, with the state work restrictions coming in to effect. Jack was great coordinating the pack/ unpack teams on both ends, making everything run smoothly & on schedule.

The weather was not great in MA & they did a good job covering everything in the house & on the walk to the truck. Dan came on site at the finish of the job to make sure everyone packed up & got off-site (& that we were happy). We are very happy & thankful to be moved in with the current circumstances!

Outstanding from start to finish. All my possessions were packed up in a timely and professional way and the Dimon and Bacorn staff couldn't have been more helpful. My move across country to Southern California was a challenge and Dimon and Bacorn organized it for me seamlessly. Highly, highly recommended!

The movers they sent for my move from Binghamton to Pittsburgh were fantastic. I actually left my wallet in a computer desk that was packed first, and one of them crawled over all of my belongings in the truck to find it. There were some issues with the delivery, because a driver quit last minute and they were down a man, but after the move, I got called personally by the general manager, and he made sure everything was set right. I'm confident they'll be better prepared for that eventuality in the future, and I'd certainly recommend them.

I can't speak highly enough of Dimon & Bacorn -- I had to move pretty last-minute and they were utterly accommodating and efficient, making the move from Ithaca, NY to Washington, DC happen in less than three days without any hitches whatsoever. I couldn't be there to supervise the move, and they arrived on time, packed everything perfectly and kept me abreast every step of the way. Joel and Tony were both wonderful -- friendly and professional, prompt and on top of every detail. Everything was in great shape when it arrived.

We can't say enough about the Dimon and Bacorn team who handled our move from upstate New York to Connecticut. With moving being one of life's most stressful experiences, your team endeavored to make it as stress free as possible. In addition to being professional, we appreciated their considerate and caring demeanor. All the movers, and especially Joel and Dan were sensitive to my stress level and spoke in reassuring terms.

We also appreciated the care that was taken to prepare the property with protective runners for the traffic in and out of the house. I understand that our move involved some challenges, one of which was moving a long dresser up a turn staircase. Our daughter who was present for the duration of the move and who has moved a number of times within New York City and within the UK and Europe noted that she has never experienced a move that went as smoothly as ours.

My experience with Dimon & Bacorn was absolutely exceptional. There was excellent communication during the whole process, (what to pack, packing, unloading, etc), of moving furniture/housewares, etc from Syracuse, NY to State College, PA. I was unable to be present for both packing and unloading (however my boyfriend was able to be present for their arrival at our apartment), and still everything went along without a hitch (and they got everything unloaded in under 2 hours!).

They packed all of my belongings to PERFECTION. Everything was wrapped and protected- I was absolutely astounded by how incredibly meticulous the Dimon & Bacorn team was. My parents have using Dimon & Bacorn for years, and with my own personal experience- I certainly understand why! Thank you so much!

In the spring of 2016 I had the pleasure of having Dimon & Bacorn move me from Lindley to Painted Post. The experience could not have been more positive. Their team was quick to load and unload my possessions. They were fast, courteous, careful, and cared about what they were doing. The team efficiently went about their business and they were all moving all of the time with absolutely no encouragement, which I found particularly refreshing - they were just plain "getting after it".

What I thought was going to be a tense, full day for me turned out to be a reasonably relaxed 3 hours. I was shocked and awed by this team and would recommend them to anybody!

I had a great experience working with Dimon and Bacorn and with North American Van Lines. Everyone I worked with, from the move estimator to the driver, was friendly and responsive. There was clear documentation at every step of the way and they handled a somewhat complicated set of requests for three deliveries at the destination without any problems. They exceeded my expectations at a good value.
