Jeff and Kyle did a great job. They loaded my truck for me and I wasn't sure if it all would fit, however they made it work. If I move back to St. Louis I would definitely use them again. Charged $800 to move just a few pieces of furniture maybe a mile away. showed up unannounced outside of the time frame promised so we weren't prepared which wasted more time and money. they worked slowly and took THREE HOURS to move literally 10 pieces of furniture. also, when i called to let them know that they showed up unannounced, the woman on the phone wanted to argue with me and raise her voice at me. please save your money and use another mover. i'm genuinely nauseous about how much money we wasted. be aware that if you leave a negative review, charles will personally call you and refuse to take any responsibility, they cannot handle any negative feedback or treat their customers with respect, insisting that i'm the one in the wrong. it's embarrassing. just read through some of his responses on here from them damaging property.

I called to report a driver. I was aware of him because he was driving between lanes and cutting cars off. He was careless and almost drove into the side of my car on 70W, just before Blanchette bridge. I left a message, briefly stating my issue on Thurs, about 3pm. I've yet to receive a callback. I wouldn't use their services for reasons above and horrible customer service. I'm assuming, since the message wasn't a moving call, they don't care. BeverlyM

Movers beware. Dielman drivers are rude and inconsiderate. They parked for over an hour blocking our alley so no other cars could pass. I asked them to move so I could pass and they said no. When I tried to get around them, their big bumper scratched my bumper and the driver threatened me. I finally had to call police. The owner would not take care of the damage.probably the way he handles all issues with his moves. If you care about your belongings and your neighbors, DO NOT USE DIELMAN.

Critical: Professionalism Movers beware. Drivers parked in alley for over an hour, blocked all traffic, wouldn't move, and tried to start a fight. When I tried to get around truck, the large metal bumper scratched my car. I called the owner and he won't take any responsibility. Do you really want to trust your possessions to a company like this? Disgraceful.
