Very satisfied with StaxUP storage Chula Vista. We were lucky to be assigned a storage unit close to the office. I always felt safe and comfortable when retrieving our items during the week and on the weekends. I appreciated the emailed notices of upcoming events and even that our payment was coming up. Any time I needed to talk to someone in the office, everyone was helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Renting of the U-Haul truck was a breeze and very cheap 60 bucks I needed some place to put what I picked up in the U-Haul truck why not where to get the truck this place is awesome they have a system like no other usually moving into a storage you have to carry your stuff forever upstairs in and out of always up and down in elevators back and forth not fun this place is different they have these wedding boxes did they lift around on forklifts the pull up to the back of your car or your truck with this box all you do is lift your stuff out of the car and set it in the Box did they take the box right over near your storage so you do is teacher stuff in the box and sit in your storage absolutely awesome Pleasant people to talk to they obviously love their job they do it well I've had storage units over the years this is the one ever

I love this place. Ada is the current owner and i dont know honestly what i would have done without her help. I have been a tenant here, for eleven years. We lost our mom a while back and i personally came upon some bad financial difficulty. She was patient, and caring and is willing to work with her tenants which is a big help in such a stressful world. Ada is very accomodating and very fair on their prices especially through out the Covid and everything else people are dealing with.

I cant say enough. they are great people nestled in a very fine community and i am grateful every day for not losing my personal items that mean so much to me. Thank you Ada and family, you are the best

Do not get a storage unit at this place, I had my storage unit broken into along with another unit that also had theirs broken into around the same time. They allow drug attics to hang out on their premise. They did absolutely nothing to help my husband and I to find the thief's and they have no cameras on the inside storage areas! You will loose your stuff here go to another storage thats cares and makes sure they have cameras!

Karina was very friendly and met me at their satellite facility even though she was at their main Alpine facility. Very easy to work with.

Stax storage is the best! Facility is clean and well protected. Their manager Valencia is so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and explains your options completely. The only drawback is no elevators/lifts for the second floor - at this time.
