Amazing storage facility! Nice employees, my stuff didn't get moldy over the summer, and an INCREDIBLE VIEW. I haven't stored anywhere else but the price seemed reasonable. Close to Bowdoin and they extend hours during Bowdoin move in and move out days. The big thing with this place is probably the scary elevator. I once had a nightmare about it. If you are scared of elevators you might want to pop a Xanax before moving your stuff, but other than that, great place!

Being new to the area I needed a storage unit. Granted the person that initially met us and showed us around was nice but late arrival to being open. no biggie we thought, everyone is busy. We reserved a unit ($25) and planned on moving in the following week. upon move in day and the paper signing, we were unable to park in or near the entrance as other vehicles were parked in the entrance.

We went inside and waited 20 minutes with no one even there. I called the cell phone number provided which was sitting on the desk. we waited another 10 minutes and then left still no one around. a couple days later we took again a truck load to the storage center and again, no parking. I wasn't about to carry furniture from across the street.

I called to see what the process was for getting my $25 returned and was informed at that time that it was non-fundable, was not informed of this when we placed the deposit. Not good business in my eyes and extremely inconvenient. Would NOT recommend this unless you are only available during the day and have time to sit and wait.
