Services
We move folks both locally and interstate up and down the eastern seaboard and as far west as Texas. After you've submitted your details we will get back to you within 48 business hours with an estimate. You can leave clothing/bedding in drawers but anything breakable or that might roll around or excessively heavy like books should be removed. When dealing with winter weather salt, sand, plow, and shovel to clear driveways and walkways at both locations prior to crew's arrival.
Full service storage is the opposite of self storage. With self storage, the customer drives their belongings to the storage unit, the customer loads the unit, locks the unit, and often has unlimited access to the unit. Full service storage is a system where the movers come to your house, inventory your shipment, load it onto our truck, and deliver it into one of our storage warehouses. When you are ready for your shipment to be returned we reverse the process and deliver your belongings back to you.
From the North: Take route 7 South into Williamstown. Travel all the way around the rotary and turn right onto route 2 East. Travel approximately 1 mile to the traffic light, (there is only one in town) and turn left onto Cole Ave. We are located at the bottom of Cole Ave, on the right, in between the river bridge and the train bridge.

Have been without any clean clothes/sheets/pillows for several days because this company hasnt returned my boxes yet. Do not hire these bozos! Also I forgot to mention but I called them for a solid week earlier this summer and never got any sort of response back. Is their office even staffed?

I would definitely stand around watching their every move. I walked away to do something else, came back into the room and the mover was taking apart my window thinking that a desk that wouldn't go through a doorway was going to fit through a window. No measuring, just jumped right in to taking the window out. Then couldn't even get it back on track.

I ended up telling him to leave it. Aside from that it was only a few pieces being moved so can't really judge them beyond that. But I'll say it again, definitely make sure you have the time to keep eyes on everything being done. Edit: The owner came as soon as he could and fixed the problem.

Had a great experience with this company for a recent local move. Good communication, courteous professional crew, pricing was fair, and below the quoted amount. Smooth move;, thanks Connors! Service: Local moving

First, I asked in advance for 2, 24" wardrobe boxes. On the day of the move the movers knew nothing about this. They called the office and the owner showed up with 2 boxes, but they were 18" and more importantly the metal hanging bars were 24", making it very difficult to use them. I called the owner after he left my house to tell him this, but he said "if this is the worse thing, things are going good." Well problem was, it wasn't the worst thing. (Another mis-communication between the office and the drivers/movers was that the drivers/movers told me they would arrive at my new address in about 2 days.

I said nope, they would be arriving the next day, per my conversation with the owner and the office woman.) When they arrived at my new address 800 miles away, I thought everything was alright, and tipped the mover (and his girlfriend, who was the other mover) very well. After they left I thought I was missing a few boxes so I called the girlfriend, whose number they gave me.

Sure enough the boxes were here, my mistake. During that conversation and before I found the boxes, I asked if they had gotten all of the boxes off of the truck. They said absolutely, they had gone through the truck and there were no more boxes. The next morning she called me and said they found another box, which of course contradicts her statement that they searched the entire truck and there were no more boxes.

They said it was a box of books and they would mail it to me. I said that would cost them a lot of money because it was very heavy, and I was concerned about damage, since it wasn't packed to be mailed. After a few minutes, since they had spent the night nearby, they decided they would come back and drop it off. They did so the next day. It took me a few days to unpack before I realized I was missing a box of pots and pans for the kitchen. Considering their previous assertions and responses, I decided not to even bother to report it. By this time I was thoroughly frustrated with their service, and realized I had tipped them far too much.

We have been expecting a small shipment of furniture since late July. It is now August 8th. We have called seven times in the past week and a half just to ask when the furniture will arrive. No one has returned a single phone call. We always get their voicemail saying "we will call as soon as possible." If anyone reading this has the chance to talk with them, could you ask them to call their customer in Ohio who is needing the dining set?

Connors Bros is the cheapest and most common option for Williams students, but definitely not the best one. My boxes always come back with a musty smell and once came back wit evidence of some minor water damage (which the company made no mention of). Also, they lost the boxes of one of my friends over the course of her year abroad.

Jose, Paul and John were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly. I did a cross-town move and they handled it quickly and at a low rate.

My son stored items were damaged, my son attends Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, in North Adams, he stored his items on May 4, 2019,u pon his return to school on Sept., 3, 2019 he discovered one of his locked bins as he opened it was with a substance like dirt, we reported this to Connors Bros., but to much avail and a attached video and several emails, this company will not reimburse my son.

Please do not us this to store your items with Connors Bros., we made several attempts by phone and usually with no returns, the they are not professional at all, have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I am seeking other entities to express my complaints. For those of you who have have complaints about this company please go to BBB and file, it a must.

Connors Brothers is a well run business, always courteous, with excellent staff, and the movers who have time and again moved furniture for us have always been good-humoured and very easy to have in the house. I wouldn't use anyone else. Mrs Charles Dew

We needed to move due to my husbands job he's active duty in the army. I never have used a moving company before. It seemed pretty exciting. My furniture arrived damaged and some missing and broken pieces on items. Their truck broke down and we waited an extra two days. I'm still finding damaged items. They treated my things like trash. Didn't use blankets to cover items. I would never use them again and highly advice ppl to over look their move with these guys!

They aren't perfect and everyone makes mistakes, but they do try their best and by the end of the day I have all my items. They do their best to retrack their steps if it seems that items have gone missing and to find where those items are. I judge on their capabilities and the service I have received (which has been a lot) and I do believe they deserve a fair score.

Never worked with them on a big job which might get higher priority but they are effectively unresponsive to any kind of communication that's not over the phone. They close really early and are generally overpriced.
